Very good in movements with many functions, I am also a former owner of the DJI Osmo 2 with which I compare it and I can see many differences in favor of my new Gimbal. The only negative thing I can attribute to it is that at times it loses its connection with the phone and that generally at the beginning it took a little longer to set it up. For the money I spent, I would definitely recommend it though.

We have been using it for about 1 month in combination with the Samsung Galaxy 52.
Its positive points:
1. The side wheel for Zoom is very helpful. (I will tell you about the company's program below... it has some issues...)
2. Its handling is similar to the Grane 3 LAB, in terms of the modes it has.
3. It has very good and smooth movement, even in factory settings.
4. Its battery life and charging are as stated by the manufacturer.
5. The handle is ergonomic and does not tire.
6. The mobile's balancing settings are very simple.
7. We have purchased the COMBO, which includes a case and a light with filters. This attaches with a magnet to the top or bottom position of the mobile holder. It is incredibly good, with adjustable light intensity from the controller.
Disadvantages:
1) On the (head), it has illuminated points for the operating modes (PF-L-F-POV-V). These are NOT visible in environments with a lot of light.
2) We are concerned about the plastic Lock that adjusts the horizontal position and unlocks the Gimbal... It gives the feeling of being very insensitive.
3) We are also concerned about the plastic locking bases of the head and arm. They give the feeling of being fragile.
4) The program provided by the company (ZY Gami)... has exhausted us and we were unable to operate the side control for Zoom and Focus... only for Zoom.
5) The program provided by the company... due to the fact that it connects via Bluetooth to the device... does not easily connect if you have a hands-free device connected... resulting in the ZHIYUN SMOOTH 5 not communicating with the mobile...
Solution to the software problem:
We removed the company's program and loaded FILMIC pro (please note that it is not free). The results are incredible in terms of functions, options, and settings.

Μειονεκτήματα.
1) Επάνω στην ( κεφαλή ) έχει με φωτεινά σημεία τα MODE λειτουργίας (PF-L-F-POV-V). Αυτά ΔΕΝ είναι ορατά όταν βρίσκεστε σε περιβάλλον με πολύ φως.
2) Μας προβληματίζει το πλαστικό Lock που ρυθμίζει την οριζόντια θέσει και που ξεκλειδώνει το Gimbal… Δίνει την αίσθηση του πολύ αναίσθητου.
3) Μα προβληματίζουν επίσης οι πλαστικές βάσεις κλειδώματος της κεφαλής και του βραχίονα. Δίνουν την αίσθηση του ευαίσθητου.
4) Το Πρόγραμμα που διαθέτει η εταιρεία ( ZY Gami ).. μας κούρασε και δεν καταφέραμε να λειτουργήσουμε το πλαϊνό ρυθμιστικό με Zoom και Focus.. αλλά μόνο σε Ζoom
5) Το Πρόγραμμα που διαθέτει η εταιρεία.. λόγω του ότι συνδέετε με Bluetooth με την συσκευή.. ΔΕΝ συνδέετε εύκολα εάν έχετε συνδεδεμένο hands free… με αποτέλεσμα να μην επικοινωνεί το ZHIYUN SMOOTH 5 με το κινητό…
Λύση στο πρόβλημα του λογισμικού.
Καταργήσαμε το πρόγραμμα της εταιρείας και φορτώσαμε το FILMIC pro ( προσοχή δεν είναι δωρεάν ). Τα αποτελέσματα είναι απίστευτα σε λειτουργίες, επιλογές και ρυθμίσεις.
