Without a doubt, an impressive product! Initially, I was hesitant considering the size of the device for the expectations I had, but it is truly exactly what I expected. Personally, I connect it to my laptop through a USB capture card and with the use of an external antenna, I have television everywhere (Edision Nano > HDMI < USB capture device > USB < Laptop). The huge advantage of the device is that if I ever want to connect it to a television, I can do so through HDMI, while it is small enough to carry for the aforementioned use. My other option was to get a USB TV tuner of similar size, but then I wouldn't be able to connect it to a television via HDMI. Therefore, the Edision Nano T265+ is the definition of "best of both worlds" for me! Bravo to Edision!

Προσωπικά το συνδέω στον φορητό μου υπολογιστή μέσω ενός USB capture card και με χρήση εξωτερικής κεραίας έχω τηλεόραση παντού (Edision Nano > HDMI < USB capture device > USB < Laptop). Το τεράστιο συν της συσκευής είναι ότι αν κάποια στιγμή θέλω να την συνδέσω σε τηλεόραση, μπορώ μέσω HDMI ενώ είναι αρκετά μικρή για να την μεταφέρω για τη χρήση που προανέφερα. Η άλλη μου επιλογή ήταν να πάρω ένα αντιστοίχου μεγέθους USB TV tuner αλλά έτσι δεν θα μπορούσα να το συνδέσω σε τηλεόραση μέσω HDMI. The image sometimes freezes for 1-2" especially when it's in operation and it reaches excessive temperature to the point where you can't hold it. I hope it only stays at the burning stage and not something more.

The first test really impressed me. The decoder took advantage of the monitor's resolution (DELL S2719DGF) by delivering HD image. The menu is quite simple and user-friendly, as well as the remote control. Specifically, regarding the latter, it was also tested on an HD monitor/TV from LG, through which it was found that the remote control - without any previous programming - fully obeyed the basic commands of the monitor (ON/OFF and volume adjustment). Channel switching does indeed have a slight delay, but it is not particularly bothersome. The signal indicator from the remote control ("eye") appears to be quite strong and receives normally from various angles and distances.
It is also worth mentioning that a firmware upgrade (02/2023) for the device is available, which is recommended to be done (I have the impression that the channel switching delay has been reduced - slightly, but it is noticeable). The cable connection process is extremely simple, as long as someone follows the instructions.

Ειδικότερα και σε ό,τι αφορά το δεύτερο, ακολούθησε δοκιμή και σε HD monitor/TV της LG, δια μέσου της οποίας διαπιστώθηκε ότι το τηλεχειριστήριο - χωρίς κάποιον πρότερο προγραμματισμό - υπάκουε πλήρως και στις βασικές εντολές του monitor (ON/OFF και αυξομείωση ήχου). Η εναλλαγή των καναλιών πράγματι, παρουσιάζει μικρή καθυστέρηση, χωρίς να ενοχλεί ιδιαίτερα ωστόσο. Negatives are that:
- every time I turn it on, it turns off by itself after a few seconds and I have to turn it on again. This happens every time you want to turn it on. After it's been turned on 1-2 times, it's okay but it's tiring and if you're in a hurry to open it to see something, you lose at least 1-2 minutes.
- I haven't been able to activate the wifi despite all my efforts

Αρκετα ευκολο στην εγκατασταση ακομα και για ασχετους, παρολο που εχει οδηγιες! Μικρο σε ογκο κ ευχρηστο. Αν δεν εχει η τηλεοραση σας ελευθερο usb μπορειτε να βαλετε εναν φορτιστη κινητου.
I just installed it a while ago, without any difficulty. Easy to install even for those unfamiliar with wiring. Convenient to eliminate the remote control of the old TV for basic functions such as ON-OFF, Vol + and Vol -.
The channel search was relatively fast and requires an antenna and not just a piece of cable like I needed with the old decoder. As previous reviewers mentioned, it does get noticeably warm, but not excessively... Time will tell if this is okay....
Crystal clear picture for an 18-year-old TV and the sound is very good, giving me the impression that it has improved compared to the old decoder.
I haven't explored the other features yet, but I will come back in due time.
Overall, a good system from a strong name in the industry that shines through its absence! It's like changing the remote control on your old TV!!!

Πριν από λίγο το εγκατέστησα, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία. Εύκολο στην εγκατάσταση ακόμα και από άσχετους με τις καλωδιώσεις. Βολική η κατάργηση του τηλεκοντρόλ της παλιάς τηλεόρασης για τις βασικές λειτουργίες ON-OFF καθώς και Vol + και Vol - .
Η αναζήτηση των καναλιών ήταν σχετικά γρήγορη και θέλει οπωσδήποτε κεραία και όχι ένα κομμάτι καλώδιο που ήθελα με τον παλιό αποκωδικοποιητή. Όπως έγραψαν και οι προηγούμενοι ζεσταίνεται αισθητά, αλλά όχι υπερβολικά... Θα δείξει η πορεία αν είναι ΟΚ αυτό....
Εικόνα κρύσταλλο για τηλεόραση 18ετών και ο ήχος πολύ καλός, μου δίνει την εντύπωση πως ανέβηκε ένα επίπεδο πάνω σε σχέση με τον παλιό αποκωδικοποιητή.
Τις υπόλοιπες δυνατότητες δεν τις έψαξα ακόμα αλλά θα επανέλθω εν καιρώ.
Συνολικά ένα καλό σύστημα από ένα δυνατό όνομα στο χώρο που λάμπει δια της απουσίας του! Σαν να άλλαξες τηλεκοντρόλ στην παλιά σου τηλεόραση!!!

It looks like a big flash drive. I saw some videos on YouTube about this specific receiver and decided to buy it. I placed it on an old Sony Bravia B4000 26" from 2009. This particular TV is MPEG2. It was bought for my parents and the unfortunate thing was that a year after its purchase, the digital signal transmission changed to MPEG4 and an decoder was needed. For the past two years, I have been taking it out to the balcony in the summers, just to watch a movie on Netflix via chromecast, as I didn't have access to a TV signal. Recently, I placed a TV socket on the balcony and connected the Edision Nano T265 receiver to the TV. I didn't want the classic table decoder, that's why I chose this one. I was really impressed by its performance. The TV came back to life. It catches all channels crystal clear. The only thing needed is for the TV to have a free HDMI port. It takes power from a USB port. Because my TV doesn't have a USB port, I use an old mobile phone charger that I have plugged into the socket. I noticed that the receiver heats up quite a bit, but without causing any problems. The channels change smoothly, just like on our big TV. I stuck the sensor that communicates with the remote control on the top of the TV. I would like a higher quality remote control, but this one works very well too. Inside the package there is an adapter that screws onto the back of the receiver to connect the antenna cable with the classic plug. If I could find a compatible DVB-T2 card (modula) for the CI (Common Interface) slot, it would be ideal, because it would work only with the TV remote control. They exist abroad, but they are expensive, without being sure that they will be compatible with the TV. So for me the Edision Nano T265 was the ideal purchase.

Αγοράστηκε τότε για τους γονείς μου και η ατυχία ήταν ότι έναν χρόνο από την αγορά της, άλλαξε η μετάδοση του ψηφιακού σήματος σε MPEG4 και χρειάστηκε αποκωδικοποιητή. Εδώ και δυο χρόνια τη βγάζω στη βεράντα τα καλοκαίρια, μόνο για να βλέπω πού και πού κάποια ταινία στο Netlix μέσω chromecast, αφού δεν είχα πρόσβαση σε τηλεοπτικό σήμα. Πρόσφατα τοποθέτησα στη βεράντα πρίζα tv και σύνδεσα πάνω στην τηλεόραση τον δέκτη Edision Nano T265. Δεν ήθελα τον κλασικό επιτραπέζιο αποκωδικοποιητή, γι΄ αυτό διάλεξα τον συγκεκριμένο. Πραγματικά εντυπωσιάστηκα από την απόδοσή του. Η τηλεόραση αναστήθηκε. Πιάνει όλα τα κανάλια πεντακάθαρα. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται, είναι να διαθέτει η τηλεόραση μια ελεύθερη θύρα HDMI. Ρεύμα παίρνει από μια θύρα USB. Επειδή η δικιά μου τηλεόραση δεν διαθέτει θύρα USB, χρησιμοποιώ έναν παλιό φορτιστή κινητού τηλεφώνου που τον έχω βάλει στην πρίζα. Παρατήρησα ότι ο δέκτης ζεσταίνεται αρκετά, χωρίς όμως να δημιουργείται κάποιο πρόβλημα. Τα κανάλια αλλάζουν ομαλά, όπως αλλάζουν και στη μεγάλη μας τηλεόραση. Τον αισθητήρα με τον οποίο επικοινωνεί το τηλεχειριστήριο, τον κόλλησα στο πάνω μέρος της τηλεόρασης. Θα ήθελα πιο ποιοτικό τηλεχειριστήριο, αλλά κι αυτό λειτουργεί πολύ καλά. Μέσα στη συσκευασία υπάρχει αντάπτορας που βιδώνει στο πίσω μέρος του δέκτη για να μπορεί να συνδεθεί το καλώδιο της κεραίας με το κλασικό βύσμα. Αν μπορούσα να βρω μια συμβατή κάρτα (modula) DVB-T2 για την υποδοχή CI (Common Interface), θα ήταν το ιδανικό, γιατί θα δούλευε μόνο με το τηλεχειριστήριο της τηλεόρασης. Υπάρχουν στο εξωτερικό, αλλά είναι ακριβές, χωρίς να είναι σίγουρο ότι θα είναι και συμβατές με την τηλεόραση. Οπότε για εμένα ο Edision Nano T265 ήταν η ιδανική αγορά.

κολλάει η εικόνα μερικές φορές για 1-2" ιδικά όταν το έχεις ώρα σε λειτουργία και ανεβάζει υπερβολική θερμοκρασία σε σημείο που δεν μπορείς να το κρατήσεις. ελπίζω να μείνει μόνο στο ότι καίει και όχι σε κάτι περισσότερο.
It is the second one I bought for a friend's TV, it is a very practical device and does its job very well, I have had the first one for almost 2 years and it works just fine!

The first test really impressed me. The decoder took advantage of the monitor's resolution (DELL S2719DGF) by delivering HD image. The menu is quite simple and user-friendly, as well as the remote control. Specifically, regarding the latter, it was also tested on an HD monitor/TV from LG, through which it was found that the remote control - without any previous programming - fully obeyed the basic commands of the monitor (ON/OFF and volume adjustment). Channel switching does indeed have a slight delay, but it is not particularly bothersome. The signal indicator from the remote control ("eye") appears to be quite strong and receives normally from various angles and distances.
It is also worth mentioning that a firmware upgrade (02/2023) for the device is available, which is recommended to be done (I have the impression that the channel switching delay has been reduced - slightly, but it is noticeable). The cable connection process is extremely simple, as long as someone follows the instructions.
Η πρώτη δοκιμή πραγματικά με εντυπωσίασε. Ο αποκωδικοποιητής εκμεταλλεύτηκε την ανάλυση του μόνιτορ (DELL S2719DGF) αποδίδοντας HD εικόνα. Το μενού είναι αρκετά απλό και εύχρηστο, όπως επίσης και το τηλεχειριστήριο. Ειδικότερα και σε ό,τι αφορά το δεύτερο, ακολούθησε δοκιμή και σε HD monitor/TV της LG, δια μέσου της οποίας διαπιστώθηκε ότι το τηλεχειριστήριο - χωρίς κάποιον πρότερο προγραμματισμό - υπάκουε πλήρως και στις βασικές εντολές του monitor (ON/OFF και αυξομείωση ήχου). Η εναλλαγή των καναλιών πράγματι, παρουσιάζει μικρή καθυστέρηση, χωρίς να ενοχλεί ιδιαίτερα ωστόσο. Ο δείκτης σημάτων από το τηλεκοντρόλ ("μάτι") δείχνει αρκετά ισχυρός και λαμβάνει κανονικά, υπό αρκετές γωνίες και αποστάσεις.
Επίσης, αξίζει να αναφερθεί ότι υπάρχει διαθέσιμη αναβάθμιση (02/2023) του firmware της συσκευής, η οποία καλό είναι να γίνει (έχω την εντύπωση ότι μειώθηκε - λίγο μεν, αλλά γίνεται αντιληπτή - η καθυστέρηση εναλλαγής καναλιών). Positive that it doesn't take up space and connects easily.
Negatives are that:
- every time I turn it on, it turns off by itself after a few seconds and I have to turn it on again. This happens every time you want to turn it on. After it's been turned on 1-2 times, it's okay but it's tiring and if you're in a hurry to open it to see something, you lose at least 1-2 minutes.
- I haven't been able to activate the wifi despite all my efforts

- κάθε φορά που το ενεργοποιώ, σβήνει μόνο του μετά από λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και πρέπει να το ενεργοποιήσω ξανά. Αυτό συμβάινει κάθε φορά που θες να το ενεργοποιήσεις. Αφού ενεργοποιηθεί 1-2 φορές είναι ΟΚ αλλά είναι κουραστικό και αν βιάζεσαι να ανοίξεις να δεις κάτι χάνεις τουλάχιστον 1-2 λεπτά
- δεν έχω καταφέρει παρόλες τις προσπάθειες να ενεργοποιήσω το wifi

Quite easy to install even for inexperienced users, despite having instructions! Small in size and user-friendly. If your TV doesn't have a free USB port, you can use a mobile charger instead.
Αρκετα ευκολο στην εγκατασταση ακομα και για ασχετους, παρολο που εχει οδηγιες! Μικρο σε ογκο κ ευχρηστο. Αν δεν εχει η τηλεοραση σας ελευθερο usb μπορειτε να βαλετε εναν φορτιστη κινητου.
I just installed it a while ago, without any difficulty. Easy to install even for those unfamiliar with wiring. Convenient to eliminate the remote control of the old TV for basic functions such as ON-OFF, Vol + and Vol -.
The channel search was relatively fast and requires an antenna and not just a piece of cable like I needed with the old decoder. As previous reviewers mentioned, it does get noticeably warm, but not excessively... Time will tell if this is okay....
Crystal clear picture for an 18-year-old TV and the sound is very good, giving me the impression that it has improved compared to the old decoder.
I haven't explored the other features yet, but I will come back in due time.
Overall, a good system from a strong name in the industry that shines through its absence! It's like changing the remote control on your old TV!!!
Its durability remains to be seen.
Πριν από λίγο το εγκατέστησα, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία. Εύκολο στην εγκατάσταση ακόμα και από άσχετους με τις καλωδιώσεις. Βολική η κατάργηση του τηλεκοντρόλ της παλιάς τηλεόρασης για τις βασικές λειτουργίες ON-OFF καθώς και Vol + και Vol - .
Η αναζήτηση των καναλιών ήταν σχετικά γρήγορη και θέλει οπωσδήποτε κεραία και όχι ένα κομμάτι καλώδιο που ήθελα με τον παλιό αποκωδικοποιητή. Όπως έγραψαν και οι προηγούμενοι ζεσταίνεται αισθητά, αλλά όχι υπερβολικά... Θα δείξει η πορεία αν είναι ΟΚ αυτό....
Εικόνα κρύσταλλο για τηλεόραση 18ετών και ο ήχος πολύ καλός, μου δίνει την εντύπωση πως ανέβηκε ένα επίπεδο πάνω σε σχέση με τον παλιό αποκωδικοποιητή.
Τις υπόλοιπες δυνατότητες δεν τις έψαξα ακόμα αλλά θα επανέλθω εν καιρώ.
Συνολικά ένα καλό σύστημα από ένα δυνατό όνομα στο χώρο που λάμπει δια της απουσίας του! Σαν να άλλαξες τηλεκοντρόλ στην παλιά σου τηλεόραση!!!

It looks like a big flash drive. I saw some videos on YouTube about this specific receiver and decided to buy it. I placed it on an old Sony Bravia B4000 26" from 2009. This particular TV is MPEG2. It was bought for my parents and the unfortunate thing was that a year after its purchase, the digital signal transmission changed to MPEG4 and an decoder was needed. For the past two years, I have been taking it out to the balcony in the summers, just to watch a movie on Netflix via chromecast, as I didn't have access to a TV signal. Recently, I placed a TV socket on the balcony and connected the Edision Nano T265 receiver to the TV. I didn't want the classic table decoder, that's why I chose this one. I was really impressed by its performance. The TV came back to life. It catches all channels crystal clear. The only thing needed is for the TV to have a free HDMI port. It takes power from a USB port. Because my TV doesn't have a USB port, I use an old mobile phone charger that I have plugged into the socket. I noticed that the receiver heats up quite a bit, but without causing any problems. The channels change smoothly, just like on our big TV. I stuck the sensor that communicates with the remote control on the top of the TV. I would like a higher quality remote control, but this one works very well too. Inside the package there is an adapter that screws onto the back of the receiver to connect the antenna cable with the classic plug. If I could find a compatible DVB-T2 card (modula) for the CI (Common Interface) slot, it would be ideal, because it would work only with the TV remote control. They exist abroad, but they are expensive, without being sure that they will be compatible with the TV. So for me the Edision Nano T265 was the ideal purchase.
Μοιάζει με ένα μεγάλο φλασάκι. Είδα κάποια βίντεο στο YouTube σχετικά με τον συγκεκριμένο δέκτη και είπα να τον αγοράσω. Τον τοποθέτησα σε μια παλιά Sony Bravia B4000 26" του 2009. Η συγκεκριμένη τηλεόραση είναι MPEG2. Αγοράστηκε τότε για τους γονείς μου και η ατυχία ήταν ότι έναν χρόνο από την αγορά της, άλλαξε η μετάδοση του ψηφιακού σήματος σε MPEG4 και χρειάστηκε αποκωδικοποιητή. Εδώ και δυο χρόνια τη βγάζω στη βεράντα τα καλοκαίρια, μόνο για να βλέπω πού και πού κάποια ταινία στο Netlix μέσω chromecast, αφού δεν είχα πρόσβαση σε τηλεοπτικό σήμα. Πρόσφατα τοποθέτησα στη βεράντα πρίζα tv και σύνδεσα πάνω στην τηλεόραση τον δέκτη Edision Nano T265. Δεν ήθελα τον κλασικό επιτραπέζιο αποκωδικοποιητή, γι΄ αυτό διάλεξα τον συγκεκριμένο. Πραγματικά εντυπωσιάστηκα από την απόδοσή του. Η τηλεόραση αναστήθηκε. Πιάνει όλα τα κανάλια πεντακάθαρα. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται, είναι να διαθέτει η τηλεόραση μια ελεύθερη θύρα HDMI. Ρεύμα παίρνει από μια θύρα USB. Επειδή η δικιά μου τηλεόραση δεν διαθέτει θύρα USB, χρησιμοποιώ έναν παλιό φορτιστή κινητού τηλεφώνου που τον έχω βάλει στην πρίζα. Παρατήρησα ότι ο δέκτης ζεσταίνεται αρκετά, χωρίς όμως να δημιουργείται κάποιο πρόβλημα. Τα κανάλια αλλάζουν ομαλά, όπως αλλάζουν και στη μεγάλη μας τηλεόραση. Τον αισθητήρα με τον οποίο επικοινωνεί το τηλεχειριστήριο, τον κόλλησα στο πάνω μέρος της τηλεόρασης. Θα ήθελα πιο ποιοτικό τηλεχειριστήριο, αλλά κι αυτό λειτουργεί πολύ καλά. Μέσα στη συσκευασία υπάρχει αντάπτορας που βιδώνει στο πίσω μέρος του δέκτη για να μπορεί να συνδεθεί το καλώδιο της κεραίας με το κλασικό βύσμα. Αν μπορούσα να βρω μια συμβατή κάρτα (modula) DVB-T2 για την υποδοχή CI (Common Interface), θα ήταν το ιδανικό, γιατί θα δούλευε μόνο με το τηλεχειριστήριο της τηλεόρασης. Υπάρχουν στο εξωτερικό, αλλά είναι ακριβές, χωρίς να είναι σίγουρο ότι θα είναι και συμβατές με την τηλεόραση. Οπότε για εμένα ο Edision Nano T265 ήταν η ιδανική αγορά.
