This book examines the Orff movement-based music education and is aimed at any educator who wishes to understand and utilize it in their work.

The Orff movement-based music education inherently possesses the ability to evolve, be updated over time, and adapt to different contexts, allowing it to function within the historical context of each cultural and social setting.

The book consists of two parts. The first serves as a starting point and provides a historical overview with an eye towards seeing the present from the past. In the second part, the destination, the principles, means, and methods of shaping content are described, and a teaching approach is analyzed that can support the Orff movement-based music education in practice.

The ultimate goal of this publication is to contribute, on one hand, to the formation of a personal way of thinking for every educator who wishes to engage with this subject and, on the other hand, to create a meaningful relationship with the Orff movement-based music education.
