The Fresh Micro Fresh R-50 countertop water cooler connects to the water supply and provides up to 50 lt/h of cold water, with an outlet temperature of 8 °C to 12 °C. Its two-position switch allows continuous or intermittent flow. The outer casing and 6 lt water tank are made of stainless steel.

The compressor has a power rating of 3/8 HP, and cooling is supported by a forced-convection condenser system. The cooler uses R-134a refrigerant and supports a 0.5-micron activated carbon filter and a VB-2 filter head for replacing it.
