My experience with this specific product is negative. Within a month, it completely broke down and I sent it for repair. LAHOUA company sent it back to me without addressing the problem. For the second time, I sent it for repair and they sent it back to me with the same issue, claiming that I opened it to fix it and caused the damage. It is obvious that I did not attempt to fix it, so they have no responsibility. The handling and treatment by this company are unacceptable.
H εμπειρια μου απο το συγκεκριμενο προιον ειναι αρνητικη, μεσα σε ενα μηνα χαλασε τελειως και το εστειλα προς επισκευη και η εταιρεια LAHOUA μου το εστειλε πισω χωρις να εχει αντιμετωπισει το προβλημα και για δευτερη φορα το ξανα στελνω προς επισκευη και μου το στελνουν πισω με το ιδιο προβλημα και ισχυριζονται οτι το ανοιξα για να το επισκευασω και οτι το χαλασα,εννοειται οτι δεν το ειχα επιχειρησει ,οποτε ουδεμια ευθυνη εχουν, χειριστη η αντιμετωπιση απο την εν λογω εταιρεια.
