Sonic the Hedgehog for Xbox 360 (also known as Sonic '06) is an ambitious reboot of the series, featuring three playable characters — Sonic, Shadow, and Silver — who are involved in a complex story with time travel, alien threats, and a princess who holds the key to the destruction or salvation of the world.

The story takes place in the city of Soleanna, where Sonic tries to save Princess Elise from Dr. Eggman, who wants to unleash the Flames of Disaster, a destructive force residing within her. Meanwhile, Silver the Hedgehog, from a future world that has been destroyed, travels back in time to kill the "Iblis Trigger," believing it to be Sonic. Shadow discovers that behind it all is Mephiles, a dark entity who wants to merge with Iblis and destroy time.

    The worst game one can play. Personally, it is the worst, most boring and uninteresting game I have ever held in my hands to play, and seeing the price (68.90;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) makes me sick to my stomach.
