A new game in the Ace Combat Franchise, this title offers you all the classic features of the series such as highly detailed aircraft, a new storyline narrated through impressive CG videos, countless customization options for your jet, and numerous airplane models. In Campaign Mode, you play as a mercenary pilot in the Gryphus squadron of the federal republic of Aurelia. In your effort to defend the country, your mission will take you to skies filled with enemy aircraft to "take down" opposing squadrons and restore freedom and peace for the people of Aurelia. In Campaign Mode, a strategic artificial intelligence system is used that changes your mission objectives based on your actions as you fight. The game also includes a Multiplayer Mode for up to four players. In addition to classic air battles, you can also organize into teams for cooperative online play.
