  I put it in quiet mode and there is absolutely no difference from the first level, the fan produces the same airflow and the same noise which is too much to sleep and the worst part is that it stops for a few minutes and the room freezes, it waits for the room to drop 1 degree and then starts again, this is not called inverter, guys over there in CHINA.
  5 stars for a noisy and on-off air conditioner.

  After 6 years of use and simple filter cleaning by myself, I have to say that I am very satisfied with the 9000btu air conditioner for the bedroom and the 24000btu air conditioner for the living room. When you see what the 24 does compared to the 9, you laugh. Maybe that's why I would only get a larger size for the bedroom, but it's excessive. My wife with a blanket, as usual ???

  Owner here for 4 years in size 18. Used in a 40 sqm house with one bedroom and a separate living room-kitchen. It cools/heats the whole house immediately. Quiet. Good odor filtering. No problems so far. Even in prolonged heatwaves, it works perfectly without any decrease in performance. I would buy it again with my eyes closed. The WiFi setup confused me a little, but everything is fine.

  Very efficient in heating to the point where we leave the door open and it warms up the rest of the room as well. It has not been tested for cooling yet, but I believe it will perform equally well.
  It cuts on and raises the temperature immediately and very smoothly.
  Many useful settings, flawless handling with wifi.
  If I had to complain about something, it would be the slightly increased noise on the higher fan settings and the illumination of the remote control that lasts for a second and does not help in the dark.

  So far, it is used for heating in the living room with excellent results.
  The wifi is very convenient if you want to place the air flow blinds in specific points with accuracy. It is not easy to achieve with the remote control.
  The outdoor unit is massive and it is recommended to be placed on the floor because if it is hung on the wall, it shakes the wall.
  You can't call it silent, but I don't think you will find this feature in many air conditioners.
  Definitely warranty for the circuit board because the cost of repair is not worth it and the problem usually occurs in the first few years.
  Purchased with the "Device Recycling" program
  €850 with 35% subsidy plus the cost of warranty.
  I will come back in the summer for cooling evaluation.

  I have 2 Toyotomi izuru air conditioners, one 12,000 from 2020 and one 24,000 from 2022. They perform quite well, BUT both of them make loud cracking noises (like plastic expanding and contracting) even 2 hours after continuous use. The noise is so loud that it abruptly wakes me up in the middle of the night. It is indicative and unacceptable that it happens in both devices, regardless of whether it is hot or cold weather and no matter what mode I put them in.

  I use the 24,000 BTU in a 100 sqm house with good insulation and new windows for heating, as even though it reaches a maximum output of 32,000 BTU. It manages to comfortably heat the entire house except for 2 rooms that are located further away from the air conditioner, where the cold "breaks through". (If the rooms were in front of the air conditioning unit, it would cover them). The room reaches the desired temperature very quickly, within 30 minutes at most. Of course, the weather hasn't gotten cold yet, but later on, it shouldn't be a problem. I don't have an opinion on the consumption yet. It is noisy on the high setting, but on the low and quiet settings, it is not audible. The Wi-Fi connection is very easy, it's ready in 5 minutes, as long as you read and follow the simple instructions included in the papers with the machine, which is necessary... I didn't consider it as a basic feature, but it must be because it is convenient wherever you are. You can access the application that works perfectly and turn it on before returning home, so it is warm. In terms of quality, the plastic parts are sturdy, but after many hours of use in the heat, when you turn it off, they make a little noise for a short time due to expansion and contraction. (I don't consider it a big deal, as they make noise in other situations as well).

  Owner of it, for about three months. With special use in the last month due to the cold.
  In a unified space living room kitchen of about 80 square meters, it is impressively efficient. It heats it up well within 20-30 minutes. Tested with an external temperature of up to 5 degrees.
  In the rest of the house (total of 170 square meters), it definitely cannot cover it.
  Quiet, you definitely can't say that, especially when you use it in auto mode, until it reaches temperature and the speed scale of the air coming out decreases, it makes noise. When the air that comes out decreases, it's fine.
  The outdoor unit is big. I have no opinion on whether it's noisy or not, as I am on the top floor and I have the outdoor unit on the terrace, so I don't hear it at all.
  In terms of power consumption, it definitely exists. However, several factors play a role in this.
  1. If the temperature is set at a reasonable value.
  2. The insulation of the house.
  3. The square meters you want to cover. For the 80 square meters, it covers them comfortably and therefore the inverter function makes sense. If it was a smaller unit, possibly an 18, which may not have covered the space and operated more to reach the temperature, then logically there would be higher consumption.

However, I have purchased 2 units of the same series (9000btu & 24000 btu) and I notice the same problem in both: Noise from the expansion-contraction of the plastic parts during opening and closing of the devices. A bit disappointing for a reliable brand, in which I did not have such issues with 2 other toyotomi series I have purchased for other spaces in the past.   I bought it on sale a few years ago... I haven't noticed any difference in my electricity bill so far. However, I did notice that during the winter, it burned about the same amount as when I bought firewood. I wasn't expecting that. Although a fireplace has more benefits, this is the ultimate emergency solution in any case.   Quite a good and quite economical air conditioner, a bit noisy (24000 BTU). It cools the 80 square meter space I have it installed in less than 5 minutes. We'll see about heating in the winter.
