The device is excellent at what it claims to do, and I write this having tried several tuners on the market. Just one clarification: The Scart socket only outputs composite signal (CVBS). Not even S-video, let alone component. If someone wants HD, their TV must necessarily have an HDMI input, otherwise they will see everything in SD quality (even video files). I assume this happens with all tuners (especially those in this price range), possibly due to implementation with specific chipsets. So if someone has an old but high-quality CRT TV that accepts analog YPbPr or even RGB signal via Scart, they will probably be disappointed.

Αυτό υποθέτω ότι συμβαίνει σε όλα τα tuners (ειδικά αυτής της κατηγορίας κόστους), πιθανόν λόγω υλοποίησης με κάποια συγκεκριμένα chipsets. Οπότε αν κάποιος έχει κάποια παλιά αλλά ποιοτική CRT τηλεόραση, που δέχεται αναλογικό σήμα YPbPr ή ακόμα και RGB μέσω Scart, μάλλον θα απογοητευτεί.
WARNING to those who want to buy this receiver in order to have YouTube, it does not allow you to connect with your gmail to view your playlists, watch history, etc. You have to view your playlists or history from your mobile and search for the videos by their name in the YouTube app of the receiver. Oh my, what an amazing system, I wonder why others didn't think of it!
On the positive side, the receiver is of high quality, has a large user-friendly remote control, supports AC3/Dolby Digital audio decoding (which increases compatibility with AVI and MKV files), and does not freeze even in folders with thousands of videos. But the YouTube feature that is supposed to make it stand out is essentially useless.

Πω πω, καταπληκτικό σύστημα, απορώ πως δεν το σκέφτηκαν άλλοι!
Στα θετικά του ο ποιοτικός δέκτης, το μεγάλο εύχρηστο τηλεκοντρόλ, η υποστήριξη αποκωδικοποίησης ήχου AC3/Dolby Digital (που αυξάνει τη συμβατότητα με AVI και MKV αρχεία), και το ότι δεν κολλάει ακόμα και σε φακέλους με χιλιάδες βιντεάκια. Αλλά το YouTube που υποτίθεται ότι τον κάνει να ξεχωρίζει είναι ουσιαστικά άχρηστο.

It works flawlessly, I haven't seen its capabilities in recording, although unfortunately, following the channel schedules, recording runs the risk of not including the entire movie/program that was selected. An attempt to use YouTube through the device was traumatic, I don't think it's suitable for this job, let's just stick to the fact that it is a good receiver

I have not been satisfied with the purchase of the decoder. Mine turns off or on after 5 minutes when it is closed, and I still haven't managed to adjust it. Half of the items in the menu are disabled as they require an additional Wi-Fi receiving device to activate, which costs about 9 euros and if purchased with cash on delivery, its value will increase to around 15 euros. That is, about 40 euros for the machine and 15 euros for the other gadget, we immediately reach 55 euros. With 60 euros, you can get a machine that will be clearly better than this one, and if you add another 10 euros, then you will buy a top-notch one. These are my thoughts on this particular matter.
