Description

This book is written as a novel. Its reference to the past and the persistent presence of the past in the explosive present is addressed to readers who have the desire to read, think, and decide.

In the river Jeremias, with the Arabic name Parmouk, a historical battle took place in 636 AD that changed the course of History and continues to do so to this day. Today's West, pagan, Renaissance, but also post-modern, is tested to its utmost limits in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East for its survival.

Having reconstructed the ancient state of Israel and Greece, part of an ancient and dual tradition of Naturalism and Christianity, the West awaits, apprehensive and indecisive, the fateful. Risking, within the death throes of Enlightenment and Revolution, its historical presence, it finds itself unprepared to understand the waves of the historical explosion of other examples that, rebelling against the very womb of the concept of History, will attempt matricide.

Thus, they will try to restore the primal disorder of things to the harmonious and measured order of the sun's course, dispensing justice to those who, in their confusion, have founded a new Babel. The ancient wisdom of the ancestors of great and resplendent peoples will be lost in the great clamor of science, which without virtue has become and remains only cunning.

A book with multi-layered cuts through time, in an explosive circumstance for the future of the region and our homeland. The author profoundly reflects on issues concerning the existence of the human being while simultaneously analyzing events that determine international developments. It is worth reading by all with the required attention.
