I have had it for about 4 months and I can say that it is worth its money.
- It has received an update to Android 12 and receives security updates every 2 months.
The battery is fine when using only one SIM. Overnight, connected to my home's WiFi and with Bluetooth and GPS enabled, it loses less than 1% charge per hour.
- With two SIMs, it usually lasts me the day but it needs to be charged (I should mention that I usually charge it before going to sleep.).
- The sound from its speaker is mono, loud, clear, and probably flat. For a mobile phone, in my opinion, it is more than okay.
- The screen is okay for IPS and supports auto 144 Hz / 60 Hz. Unfortunately, it is not bright enough to comfortably see when you are outside in full sunlight.
- The GPS works without any problems.
- The Bluetooth is fine. With the Redmi Buds 3 Pro that I use, it supports AAC and works perfectly for listening to music (Spotify) or for use in Teams or Skype.
Unfortunately, no matter what I do, when I make a call, it always starts the call using its own speaker/microphone, even though it is connected to the Bluetooth in my car or my headphones.
Also, when I call a number and wait for the other side to answer, many times if I switch it to the car, I can't hear anything and if the other person happens to answer, they can't hear me either. I have to switch the call back to the mobile phone to be able to talk.
With my previous phone (Xiaomi), I didn't have the last problem, and the first one appeared in Xiaomi as well, of course, after an update that the MIUI received.
- The main camera and the selfie camera are okay. The stock camera app does not shoot 4K video with the ultra-wide lens, only FHD. This is a limitation of the app, not the phone. It can shoot 4K with the appropriate GCam.
- The photos with the ultra-wide lens are noticeably lower quality than the regular camera.
- At night, the artificial lighting may have completely wrong color tone in both video and photo mode in all the rear cameras... and it doesn't get corrected by using another app (e.g., GCam). I haven't checked if this still applies after the July update, but I don't expect it to change after a security update...
- Photos in Night Mode are terrible, relatively blurry, and with a lot of noise. With GCam, the only thing you can correct is the noise because otherwise, they are even blurrier.
- Finally, when I make a call and have it on speakerphone, the other side doesn't hear what I say for the first two seconds of the call.
Το έχω εδώ και περίπου 4 μήνες και μπορώ να πω ότι αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
- Έχει πάρει με update Android 12 και κάθε 2 μήνες παίρνει security update.
Η μπαταρία του είναι μία χαρά όταν χρησιμοποιείς μόνο μία SIM. Τη νύχτα συνεδεμένο στο WIFI του σπιτιού μου και με ενεργοποιημένα bluetooth και GPS, χάνει λιγότερο από 1% φόρτιση ανά ώρα.
- Με δύο SIM συνήθως μου βγάζει τη μέρα αλλά θέλει φόρτιση (Να πω ότι εγώ συνήθως το φορτίζω πριν κοιμηθώ.).
- Ο ήχος από το ηχείο του είναι μονοφωνικός, δυνατός, καθαρός και μάλλον flat. Για κινητό, κατά τη γνώμη μου είναι κάτι παραπάνω από Οκ.
- Η οθόνη του είναι ok για IPS και υποστηρίζει auto 144 Ηz / 60 Hz. Δυστυχώς δεν είναι τόσο φωτεινή ώστε να βλέπεις άνετα όταν είσαι έξω με full λιακάδα.
- To GPS λειτoυργεί χωρίς προβλήματα.
- Το bluetooth του είναι μία χαρά. Με τα redmi buds 3 pro που χρησιμοποιώ υποστηρίζει AAC και λειτουργεί άψογα είτε για να ακούσω μουσική (spotify), είτε για χρήση σε Teams ή Skype.
Δυστυχώς όμως ότι και να κάνω, όταν παίρνω τηλέφωνο πάντα ξεκινάει τη κλήση με τα δικά του ηχεία / μικρόφωνο παρόλο που είναι συνδεμένο στο bluetooth του αυτοκινήτου ή στα ακουστικά μου.
Επίσης όταν έχω καλέσει τον αριθμό και περιμένω η άλλη πλευρά να απαντήσει, πολλές φορές αν το γυρίσω στο αυτοκίνητο δεν ακούω τίποτα και αν τύχει και ο άλλος να απαντήσει επίσης δε με ακούει. Πρέπει να γυρίσω ξανά τη κλήση στο κινητό για να μπορέσουμε να μιλήσουμε.
Με το προηγούμενο κινητό μου (Xiaomi) δεν είχα το τελευταίο πρόβλημα και το πρώτο εμφανίστηκε και στο Xiaomi, κλασσικά, ύστερα από κάποιο update που πήρε το MIUI.
- Η κύρια κάμερα του και η selfie είναι ΟΚ. Η stock camera app δεν τραβάει βίντεο 4Κ με τoν υπερευρυγώνιο, μόνο FHD. Αυτό είναι περιορισμός της εφαρμογής όχι του τηλεφώνου, Μπορεί να τραβήξει 4Κ με τη κατάλληλη gcam.
- Οι φωτογραφίες με τον υπευρυγώνιο είναι εμφανώς χαμηλότερης ποιότητας από της κανονικής κάμερας.
- Τη νύχτα ο τεχνητός φωτισμός ενδέχεται να έχει tελείως λάθος απόχρωση και σε video και σε photo mode σε όλες τις πίσω κάμερες... και δε διορθώνετα με χρήση άλλης app (π.χ. GCAM). Δεν το έχω ξαναελέγξει αν ισχύει μετά το update του Ιουλίου αλλά δεν περιμένω να αλλάξει μετά από security update...
- Φωτογραφίες σε Night Mode είναι χάλια, σχετικά θολές και με πολύ θόρυβο. Με gcam το μόν που διορθώνεις είναι τον θόρυβο διότι κατά τα άλλα είναι ακόμη πιο θολές.
- Τέλος όταν παίρνω τηλέφωνο και το έχω γυρισμένο σε ανοιχτή ακρόαση, τα πρώτα δύο δευτερόλεπτα της κλήσης η άλλη πλευρά δεν ακούει αυτά που λέω.
