The pan from Thermogatz is made of cast iron, a material that makes it ideal for slow cooking at a steady temperature. Cast iron pans heat up more slowly compared to other pans, but they maintain a stable temperature for a longer time, even if you lower the heat. 

We recommend choosing this pan if you want to cook 4-6 servings of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small stoves, as it is difficult to evenly distribute heat across the entire surface.

    Good quality cast iron... the only negative thing is that its casting is a bit rough, resulting in many small casting reliefs on the frying surface... I solved this simply by smoothing the surface with an angle grinder, making it completely smooth... then seasoning it with oil in the oven at least 5 times... I find it hard to believe that without smoothing it can become non-stick unless there is a fairly thick oil seasoning because it is quite rough...! The good thing is that the pan withstands everything for the last 6 months without cracking and I really put it through a lot. The purchase is worth it for those who really don't want toxic coatings BUT you have to give it time!!! Temperature is everything... even the most non-stick cast iron will stick your food at a high enough temperature... give the material time to learn it and you will never change again. The pan is at the right price for its quality anyway

    For the money it asks, it is top-notch. Other pans of this quality cost 50 euros or more. It comes pre-seasoned, but I seasoned it three more times only on the inside. The process: I heated it on medium heat and then closed my eyes and applied avocado oil, spreading it all over the surface. I let it sit for 5 minutes and then wiped it off with a cloth very well. Once it cools down, I repeat the process a total of 3 times and it's good to go. Also, with time, it gets even better

The purchase is worth it for those who really don't want toxic coatings BUT you have to give it time!!! Temperature is everything... even the most non-stick cast iron will stick your food at a high enough temperature... give the material time to learn it and you will never change again. The pan is at the right price for its quality anyway
