It has 3 speeds, and I have it set to the first speed at a height of 2.5 meters, as recommended by the manufacturer, and at a distance of 3-4 meters away, the airflow it provides is more than sufficient. I have removed the mechanism that rotates the fan because its installation was inconvenient, but since it is on a long balcony, the fact that it doesn't rotate doesn't affect much; however, it is better to have it installed so that it rotates. The noise level was measured at 48 dB from 4 meters away, at the first speed, and it is not that loud, but I think it bothers most people because it is continuous. For me, in front of the coolness it provides, I sacrifice the noise it makes.
