The first thing I got for the 3DS. Nice gameplay, 32 tracks (16 remastered from old consoles and 16 new ones) in 8 cups, 3 difficulty levels, 16 characters, and plenty of cars. However, it needed a few more wheels and gliders for variety. The graphics are also very nice.
Easter eggs:
For years, I only played on medium difficulty, but if you come first in the hardest difficulty, you unlock a character for each cup you come first in! That means from the initial 8 (Mario, Luigi, DK, Peach, etc.), an additional 8 less recognized characters are added (Daisy, Rosalina, Metal Mario, Shy Guy, etc.).
Apart from the various cars, wheels, and gliders, which you unlock randomly up to 5,000 coins, there are also golden car parts! Glider, wheels, and car! You unlock them by collecting 10,000, 15,000, and 20,000 coins respectively. They are like the default parts, but golden.
There is a mirror mode where you race the tracks backwards, unlocked when you come first in all cups, in all difficulty levels.
Το πρωτο που είχα πάρει για το 3DS. Ωραίο gameplay, 32 πιστες (16 remastered απο παλιες κονσολες και 16 καινουργιες) σε 8 cups, 3 επιπεδα δυσκολιας, 16 χαρακτηρες και αρκετα αυτοκινητα. όμως ήθελε λιγο περισσότερες ροδες και ανεμοπτερα για ποικιλια. Πολυ ωραία γραφικά επίσης.
easter eggs:
για χρονια έπαιζα μονο στην μεσαια δυσκολια, αλλα αν βγεις πρωτος στο δυσκολοτερο, ξεκλειδωνεις έναν χαρακτηρα για καθε κυυπελλο που βγαινεις πρωτος! Δηλαδη απο τους 8 αρχικους (mario, luigi, DK, peack κλπ), προσθέτονται και 8 όχι τόσο αναγνωρισμένοι (daisy, rosalina, metal mario, shy guy κλπ).
Εκτός απο τα διάφορα αυτοκίνητα, ρόδες και ανεμόπτερα, που τα ξεκλειδώνεις με τυχαια σειρά όλα μέχρι τα 5.000 coins, υπάρχουν και χρυσα car parts! Ανεμόπτερο, πόδες και αμάξι! Τα ξεκλειδώνεις μαζεύοντας 10.000, 15.000 και 20.000 coins αντίστοιχα. Είναι σαν τα default parts, αλλα χρυσά.
Υπάρχει mirror mode που τρέχεις τις πίστες ανάποδα, ξεκλειδώνεται όταν βγεις πρώτος σε όλα τα cups, σε όλα τα επίπεδα δυσκολίας.
