The new book on Criminal Procedure outlines the structure, content, and institutions of the new Code of Criminal Procedure (law 4620/2019). The aim of this publication is to provide a concise organization of the work, a comprehensible interpretive integration of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and a functional inclusion of the interventions from the second "corrective" law 4855/2021.

The work therefore investigates the procedural phases of the criminal trial, identifies them in their practical dimension, and enriches them with significant positions from recent jurisprudence.
