The new book on Criminal Procedure reflects the structure, content, and institutions of the new Code of Criminal Procedure (Law 4620/2019). The aim of this publication is to provide a concise overview of the work, an understandable interpretative integration of the provisions of the CPC, and a functional incorporation of the interventions of the second "amendment" law 4855/2021.
