I'm not sure why it gets so many good reviews. It just sprays water on the teeth with moderate pressure. I don't think it is capable of removing residues that don't come off with brushing. Also, if you don't do it with your mouth closed (literally putting it inside your mouth and closing it), the whole bathroom will be a mess. It doesn't come with a box for the accessories as it says, you just stick them on top where there are some holes. Its construction is not as sturdy as it appears from the illustrated image.
