    It takes more time to put your fingers on it than the time you use it.
    Especially when you do it alternately with the thumb, it is torture to put on and take off.
    Also, a secondary disadvantage is that the strength of the rubber between the 4 fingers is the same as the strength for the thumb, even though obviously there is no corresponding muscular system in the 4 fingers.
    I immediately returned to using rubber rings from samplers...
