The aim of this work is a detailed presentation of the subject of Real Rights structured through a dynamic system that manages to satisfy the needs of the theoretical researcher, the practical interpreter from the lawyer to the judge, as well as the student who is called to identify and understand the multitude of issues surrounding real rights and real security.

Specifically, the basic concepts and general principles are analyzed, the main issues surrounding possession, ownership, and servitudes, as well as real security with a complete presentation of topics relating to pledges and mortgages. Separate chapters are dedicated to the issue of the publicity of real rights in real estate and to specific topics that require separate study, such as adverse possession against the state, the right of superficies, etc.

The references to the literature and case law are limited, so as not to burden the length of the work; however, they are sufficient for the comprehensive information of the reader. With the extensive alphabetical index, the work becomes more user-friendly and facilitates systematic study.
