Too much noise for the primo air monster fan and with enough air. It doesn't move and if you have it on the table, you can't do any work because of the noise. A welio fan that I bought is a stable table fan and is really quiet on all 3 operating levels and with enough air where you can sleep and cool down at the same time. Try to avoid plastic fans as their plastic parts start creaking after a while.

I don't know if I received a faulty product, but I am not satisfied at all with the fan. Initially, the build quality and the price are very good and I cannot fail to mention them. However,
1. It makes a lot of noise (more than floor fans I have at home), so for me, it is unbearable on a desk. There is no way you can do any work with a computer without using headphones.
2. Yes, it is stable and doesn't rotate, but it doesn't tilt up or down either, so it limits you to only being able to place it on a table (with the aforementioned problem).
3. There is no difference between the 1st and 2nd speed on mine.

The fan is very good, powerful for its size, aesthetically quite nice and simple. It makes a little noise but it's not annoying. I got it for around 18 euros in total, including shipping, and it was worth the money

For two people on the couch, it works perfectly fine. I mainly use it in the office and on the nightstand.

So I got this one for the PS4 Pro. I place it in front of the PS4 and turn it on at low intensity. The air comes from the front of the console and the console is in an upright position. To prevent the air from spreading throughout the room, I use a cardboard box where the fan goes (not the whole fan) and it directs the air directly towards the console, which is slightly inside the other side of the box. It makes some noise, but not too much, anyway I have headphones. If it lasts over time, there's no discussion, it's top-notch.

I have 2 of these, they are VERY powerful even if they don't seem like it!
They don't rotate, so be careful not to have them close to you as they will hit you directly. I have it in the hallway and I can feel its air 4 meters away. It literally sweeps.
The only downside is the noise, especially on the 2nd level. But for balconies, etc. where there is already noise from movement, it's perfect.

I have bought two. For their price, they are very good, they have 2 functions (low and high), they don't make much noise, they can be carried everywhere and they seem quite well-made as a construction. I was mainly impressed by their power - I didn't expect it from such small fans for 15 euros. The airflow is steady - they don't rotate but it was something I was aware of. They are recommended.
