After many years, I acquired an automatic coffee maker again and I was satisfied from the second try. I believe it is worth its money and it is a machine that satisfies all tastes for people who drink only espresso or cappuccino. The characteristic noise does not bother when it grinds and makes coffee, on the contrary, it predisposes you for the result.
I come back after a few months of use, and I see that it satisfies every taste in coffee, but it may not need (depending on the coffee one uses) to adjust the grinder to a finer grind of the coffee, always depending on the coffee.
On the other hand, the only negative [that you get used to with the use of the machine] is that the water tank is small and if it could hold 2 liters, it would be better. But then the machine would have a large volume, as it is, it is convenient in a small space on the kitchen counter because everything is done from the front with great ease, both in filling the water tank and in cleaning it.
As an additional experience, with this machine since 2015, having changed the grinder twice, once under warranty and the other by paying, I have to say the best under certain conditions (since I took it to an independent service).
First, not bottled water, as they have salts and make it difficult for the machine. It is better to have a household filter of your choice for the water.
The coffee should be as low in fat as possible, so you should search a bit. After many kilograms of coffee, I have ended up with 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, and with tests with many coffee brands.
On the other hand, it does not require adjustment to the grinder for a finer grind, and if you use pre-ground coffee, adjust the coffee setting so that the amount of water that will pass does not go higher than the second line.
The most important thing is that you need to get food-grade grease to lubricate the mechanism that makes the coffee at least once every 15 days if you make few coffees, and every week if you make more than 5 coffees per day.
Μετά από πολλα χρόνια απέκτησα ξανα αυτόματη καφετιέρα και έμεινα ευχαριστημένος απο την δευτερη κιόλας δοκιμη, πιστευω οτι αξίζει τα χρήματα της και ειναι μια μηχανή που ικανοποιεί όλα τα γούστα σε ανθρώπους που πίνουν μόνο εσπρέσο καφέ ή καπουτσίνο. Ο χαρακτηριστικός θορυβος δεν ενοχλεί όταν κοβει και φτιάχνει καφέ ίσα ισα που σε προδιαθέτει δια το αποτέλεσμα.
Επανέρχομαι μετά απο μερικούς μήνες χρήσης, και βλέπω ότι ικανοποιεί κάθε γούστο στο καφε, αλλα ενδεχομένως να μήν χρειάζεται (ανάλογα με το καφέ πού χρησιμοποιεί κανείς) να ρυθμίσει το μυλο στο πιό ψιλό κόψιμο του καφε, καί πάντα ανάλογα με το καφέ.
Από την άλλη μεριά το μόνο αρνητικό [ που το συνηθίζεις με τη χρηση της μηχανής] είναι ότι το δοχείο νερού ειναι μικρό και αν χώραγε 2 λιτρα θα ήταν καλύτερα. Αλλά τότε η μηχανή θα είχε μεγάλο όγκο, έτσι ως ειναι βολεύει σε μικρό χωρο στο πάγκο κουζίνας διότι όλα γινονται από μπροστά με μεγάλη ευκολία και στο συμπλήρωμα του δοείου του νερου, αλλα και στο καθάρισμα της.
Συμπλήρωμα εμπειρίας, με αυτο το μηχανημα απο το 2015, εχοντας αλλαξει δυο φορες μυλο τη μια με εγγύηση και την αλλη πληρώνοντας, εχω να πω τα καλυτερα υπο καποιες προϋποθεσεις (αφου την πηγα σε ανεξαρτητο σερβις).
Πρωτα, οχι εμφιαλωμενο νερο, διοτι εχουν αλατα και δυσκολευουν τη μηχανη. Καλυτερα να εχετε ενα φιλτρο οικιακης χρησης αρεσκειας σας δια το νερο.
Ο Καφες θα πρεπει να ειναι οσο το δυνατον λιγοτερο λιπαρος, αρα πρεπει να ψαξετε λιγο. Μετά απο πολλα κιλά καφέ, εχω καταλήξει σε 80 αράμπκα και 20 ρομπούστα και με δοκιμες με πολλες μάρκες καφε.
Απο την αλλη μερια δεν θελει ρυθμιση στο μυλο στο πιο ψιλο κοψιμο, και αν βαλετε καφε αλεσμενο η ρυθμιση του καφε το ποσο νερο δηλαδη θα περασει να μην παει πιο ψηλα απο τη δευτερη γραμη.
Το κυριοτερο ειναι οτι χρειαζεστε να παρετε γρασο τροφιμων δια να λιπανση του μηχανισμου που φτιαχνει το καφε τουλαχιστον μια φορα καθε 15 μερες αν κανετε λιγους καφεδες και καθε εβδομαδα αν κανετε πανω απο 5 καφεδες την ημερα.
