Organic forest honey from Mount Kerdylion, in Serres.

Delicious chestnut and oak honey, with a strong flavor, less sweet than other types of honey. It has a distinct aroma and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Harvested in early summer, from the honeydew secretions found beneath the surface of the leaves of the chestnut tree and in the cups surrounding the acorns of the oak tree.

It has strong antioxidant properties, up to 4 times more than other forest honeys!

• Any crystallization of the honey is a completely natural process, and you can re-liquefy it in a bain-Marie (whole jar in warm water) at 50°C.
• Not recommended for consumption by infants, as it contains pollen.
