This book includes 21 topics concerning labor law issues related to collective labor relations. The amendments introduced by Law 4808/2021 have been taken into account.

The aim of the book, as well as the similarly titled book that is already published by Sakoula Editions covering topics from individual labor relations, is to connect theory with legal practice and to familiarize readers with the approach to complex labor law issues.

The work is aimed at students, trainees of the Judicial School, as well as any researcher in the field, since the development of the topics includes, where deemed appropriate, useful and comprehensible theoretical analyses that ensure understanding and resolution of the issues addressed.

As "Labor Law" and "Collective Labor Law," to which references are made, are understood the 4th edition of Individual Labor Relations (2019) and the 5th edition of Collective Labor Law (2021).
