Sixty studies, lectures, and opinions by Professor of Civil Procedure at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Georgios Diamantopoulos, which were developed during the last two years (2020-2021), are collected in this volume. Most of them are unpublished in legal literature, covering a wide range of procedural law topics, as well as private and public law.

The volume begins with current issues of the general part of procedural law and the law of evidence, with subsequent chapters focusing on matters of legal remedies, appeals, special procedures, provisional measures, voluntary jurisdiction, arbitration law, and mediation.

There are also contributions to important and historically significant doctrinal problems in the areas of enforcement and banking law, as well as within the field of land registry law (substantive and procedural). The volume concludes with additional studies on private and public law.
