    I would like to know what exactly the person who designed this was thinking when they chose to make the switches out of glossy plastic that slips no matter how you hold it! Is it possible that there isn't even a slightly textured surface at that spot? How much brain does it take, really? For this reason, I am giving one star, because unfortunately the glossy plastic makes it difficult to use.

    My opinion concerns the model MW-MM20P(WH) (800W). I bought it for simple use, heating food, drinks, and to make my favorite homemade popcorn. For the popcorn, you buy bags like the ones they use for cheese pies, put the popcorn inside with a little oil of your choice and paprika, pepper, whatever you like and put it on the high setting for 2 minutes. Be careful to fold the bag at the end so it doesn't open. For me, it is a user-friendly, simple and efficient little oven in its operation. The gray color inside and the LED lighting are a plus.
