In the 6 soap dispenser pieces that I bought, 2 had a flaw. In the seam between the white and silver color, soap leaks. If you keep the soap level below the silver line, there is no loss. However, this is a temporary solution, not a fix. I never returned the products or made a complaint because I didn't have the luxury of time, so I cannot comment on the company's response.
