Very good extractor hood - I would give it 5 stars if it weren't so expensive... I chose it for its unique design - it hides perfectly behind the cabinet door where it is built-in. It's like it doesn't exist when it's not working. It has two small metal, removable filters that easily go into the dishwasher. In the test I did before connecting it to the air exhaust pipe, it was silent (even on all 3 levels). However, once connected to the pipe, the noise is quite noticeable, especially on the second level. It might also be due to the fact that I significantly reduced the pipe's diameter at the outlet to comply with the small diameter in the wall (I didn't want to make a new hole). You will never need the third level - it's powerful enough even on the first level. Its build quality is very good. My only complaint is about the startup system - after you pull out and slightly down the sliding glass that extends the suction surface forward, you definitely have to look for the button (underneath) that turns it on - since it doesn't open automatically. However, it closes automatically by pushing the glass back in.
