The establishment of the new regulations of bankruptcy law with Law 4738/2020 and the significant changes it brought about made it necessary to create a new Edition of Bankruptcy Law, which is the first systematic work with a comprehensive analysis of all critical issues in the field under the new legislative perspective.

The first part of the work is dedicated to defining Bankruptcy Law, the general conditions for its application, and preventive procedures. The second part provides a thorough analysis of the bankruptcy process, from the declaration of bankruptcy and its consequences to the post-declaration process and its completion. Appendices follow that complement the subject matter.

Through an interpretative approach in a clear and understandable manner, this work aims to provide the reader with complete and reliable information, taking into account the legislative changes.
