Guys, it has very clear sound and a good microphone. But don't buy it, after a year of use I started hearing noise in the sound and they keep disconnecting from the computer all the time even though it is brand new

I don't know what use you make of them and everyone says they break, etc. The headphones are very high quality for their price. Coming from the Razer Kraken v2 pro, which I had for about 4-5 years (after 4 years the ear cushions broke and left pieces). I have to say that I also tried the Blackshark v2 x, and I returned them the same day. IF you care about sound and the microphone for gaming, music, movies, etc. Razer Kraken V3!!!

I got the headphones because the Nari Ultimate I had broke and without the possibility of replacement (since when they broke the price had increased by 100 euros from when I bought them and replacement was not possible) a friend of mine recommended these to me which he was using himself. Initially, the headphones are budget, they are not something wow, however, I did not expect, like many others, this annoying static sound they make from time to time. The microphone is okay although the voice sounds somewhat strange, as I said it is budget but one would expect more from Razer

For the 75 euros that I bought them, I believe they are very satisfying. I have been using them for about half a year for gaming. They have a good microphone, not perfect but good for a headset microphone. They also have very good noise cancellation, comfortable on the ears, and the cushions do not peel off like they do on the regular Razer Kraken, for example. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the bass is not the best, it's decent but I would like a better bass to give them 5 stars. However, I recommend them, they are very good for their price

Before someone buys them, they should see that many users have the same problem and the headphones disconnect and lose sound.

I have done everything the RAZER website says and it's the same garbage, personally I wasted my money and I can't find a solution. Many people have the same problem and unfortunately they will tell you in the warranty that everything is fine and to do an Update - uninstall / install, etc. Get something else.

Editing my initial review, the headphones started making crackling sounds after the first day. At first, I thought it was something on my end, but after trying everything, and I mean everything, including formatting in case there was a problem with Windows, I tried them on another computer and the problem persisted. It's a shame because I am a big fan of the company and their products have never given me any issues over the years. However, I definitely do not recommend them for anyone. I have returned the headphones and am waiting for my money back. Maybe if someone from your end purchases them, they won't have this issue and the headphones will work properly. But I wouldn't risk it, it's a waste of time

I think it's the best headset I've ever had. It's not wireless, but I didn't need wireless, I strictly have it for my PC. Highly recommended for PC use. Everything is excellent, including the microphone.
