Review 22-07-2022: I have no words. I ordered two. Awesome menu options. Clear picture. It has intelligent motion detection function and the best part... You can set it to trigger the camera alarm. It has lighting that turns on in case of motion. 5 stars are really not enough. I also ordered the solar panel so that its battery is always charged. The only thing you need is a good wifi signal. The camera does everything else.
Review 26-12-2022: After six months of use, I have one thing to say. The camera is a warrior. It is placed outdoors, with winds reaching 7 and 8 on the Beaufort scale, with rain, snow, heatwaves, and it continues to function perfectly. It has not suffered any damage, especially in terms of its functions. I should mention that I have internet speed close to 30 and I have an extender to boost the wifi signal. This is important because the camera requires a very good wifi connection, otherwise it lags.

Μπορείς να τη ρυθμίσεις να χτυπήσει ο συναγερμός της κάμερας. Έχει φωτισμό, που σε περίπτωση κίνησης, ανάβει. 5 αστέρια όντως είναι πολύ λίγα. Επίσης παράγγειλα και το ηλιακό πάνελ, ώστε η μπαταρία της να είναι πάντα φορτισμένη. Το μόνο που πρέπει να έχετε είναι καλό σήμα wifi. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα τα κάνει η κάμερα.
Αξιολόγηση 26-12-2022:Μετά από έξι μήνες λειτουργίας ένα έχω να πω. Η κάμερα είναι σκυλί του πολέμου. Βρίσκεται σε εξωτερικό χώρο ,με ανέμους που φτάνουν τα 7 και 8 μποφόρ, με βροχή, με χιόνι, με καύσωνα και συνεχίζει και είναι λειτουργικότατη. Δεν ε΄χει υποστεί καμμία φθορά, ειδικά όσο αφορά τις λειτουργίες της, Να τονίσω ότι έχω ταχύτητα ιντερνετ κοντά στα 30 και έχω extender για ενδυνάμωση του σήματος wifi. Είναι σημαντικό διότι η κάμερα χρειάζεται πολύ καλό wifi, αλλιώς κολλάει.
Purchased at the end of 2022. The review was 5 stars... With an update in 2025, 2 stars and that's generous... Suddenly stopped working. RIP.
Let's break it down! I bought 3 cameras from different companies. All honest. But this one exceeded my expectations.
Positives:
· Incredible image quality day and night
· Very easy app, I connected it immediately.
· Its own internal memory says it all.
· Now here I raise my hands high. In the app, it has Critical notifications (iPhone). What does this mean? Even if the phone is on silent, if it detects any movement, it rings and gives you a notification (you can disable it if you want). Imagine I have three other cameras from other companies and I've been searching for 5 days now how I can also set Critical notifications on them so that when I have it on Silent and I'm sleeping (to not hear calls and messages), if any movement is detected by another camera, it notifies me.
· A big advantage is that you don't need power. I placed it in the pilotis where it would have been a hassle to draw power and I was lazy. So with 2 plugs, you can place it wherever you want.
· Large battery range. 1 month now and it hasn't consumed 30%.
· It has 2 mounts, one screwable and one that you place with a magnet on top (it takes strength to remove it).
· Wi-Fi. From the second floor and with a basic extender, even with low signal (I wonder how it managed to catch it), it works fine. I definitely need to get a better extender to reach the leaf.
Negatives:
· The only problem I saw, and I don't know if it's my fault but I don't think so, is when you screw it with the ball it can't sit exactly where you want. I made a small hack and placed a small piece between the ball and the case which essentially made the ball stiffer and so it wedged in the screw where I wanted.
· Price. It could have had a ceiling of 80-100.

Έχουμε και λέμε ! Πήρα μαζί 3 κάμερες από σιαφορετικες εταιρίες Όλες τίμιες . αυτή όμως ξεπέρασε τς προσδοκίες μου .
Στα θετικα :
· Τρομερή ποιότητα εικόνας μέρα νύχτα
· Πολύ εύκολο app το Σύνδεσα αμέσως .
• Δίκη του εσωτερική μνήμη τα λέει όλα .
· Τώρα εδώ σηκώνω τα χέρια ψιλά . Στο app έχει Κρίσιμες ειδοποίησης (iphone) . Τι σημαίνει αυτό; Ότι και στη σίγαση ναναι το κινητό αν αυτό ανίχνευση κάποια κίνηση χτυπάει και σου δίνει ειδοποίηση (μπορείς να το απενεργοποιήσεις αν θες ) . Να φανταστείτε έχω άλλες τρεις κάμερες άλλες εταιρείες και ψάχνω 5 μέρες τώρα πως μπορώ και σε αυτές να βάλω Κρίσιμες ειδοποιήσεις ώστε όταν το έχω Αθόρυβο και κοιμάμαι (για να μην ακούω τηλέφωνα και μηνύματα) αν Ανιχνευθεί κάποια κίνηση από άλλη κάμερα να με ειδοποιήσεις.
· μεγαλο ατού είναι ότι δεν χρειάζεσαι ρεύμα . εγω την έβαλα στην πιλοτή Όπου ήθελε φασαρία για να τραβήξω ρεύμα και βαριόμουν . όποτε με 2 ουπα την βάζεις όπου θες .
·μεγαλο έβρος μπαταρίας . 1 μήνα τώρα δεν έχει φάει 30% .
• έχει 2 mount ένα βιδωτο και ένα που το βάζεις με
μαγνήτη πάνω (θέλει διναμη για να τ βγάλεις)
·wi-fi . από τον δεύτερο όροφο και με ένα extender τς πλάκας έστω και με χαμηλό σήμα (άπορο πως κατάφερε να το πιάσει ) δουλευει μια χαρά . σίγουρα πρέπει να παρω ένα καλύτερο extender για να πιάνει στο φυλλ
Στα αρνητικά :
• Το μόνο πρόβλημα που είδα και δεν ξέρω αν φταίω εγώ σ’ αυτό αλλά δε νομίζω, είναι όταν το βιδώνεις με την μπίλια δεν μπορεί να κάτσει ακριβώς σε πιο σημείο θέλεις. Εγώ έκανα μια μικρή πατέντα και έβαλα ανάμεσα στην μπίλια κ την θήκη τς ένα κομμάτι μικρό π στην ουσία έκανε τν μπίλια πιο άκαμπτη και έτσι σφινοσε στο Βίδωμα εκεί που ήθελα .
•τιμή . θ μπορούσε να είχε 80-100 ταβάνι .
The camera really burns brain cells. It cannot be configured with any next-generation routers. For those who have Wifi 6 or Cosmote provider and Speedport 2 or newer router, the camera is truly useless. Even the technicians from Cosmote cannot manage to connect it (we spent 45 minutes on phone settings, just in case..). The company's customer service is non-existent, somewhere in China without any response, and there is no chance they will assist you (not even a chance). To avoid investing 120+ € just to test your nervous system, it's better to look for something else. For those who have older technology routers, maybe the situation changes!
Η κάμερα πραγματικά καίει εγκεφαλικά κύτταρα. Δεν παραμετροποιείται με τίποτα με δρομολογητές νέας γενιάς. Για όσους έχουν Wifi 6 ή πάροχο τη Cosmote και router Speedport 2 ή νεότερα πραγματικά η κάμερα είναι για πέταμα. Δεν πρόκειται να καταφέρουν να την συνδέσουν ούτε οι τεχνικοί της cosmote (45 λεπτά κάναμε τηλεφωνικές ρυθμίσεις μπας και..). Η εξυπηρέτηση της εταιρείας είναι ανύπαρκτη κάπου στη Κίνα χωρίς ίχνος ανταπόκρισης και δεν υπάρχει καμία (μα καμία) περίπτωση να σας εξυπηρετήσουν. Για να μην επενδύσετε 120+ € απλά για να τεστάρετε το νευρικό σας σύστημα, καλύτερα κοιτάξτε κάτι άλλο. Για όσους έχουν router παλαιότερης τεχνολογίας ίσως αλλάζει το πράγμα!
Waste of money. With a new router with Wifi 6, the device cannot be installed. The setup through the application is not easy. It has taken me 3 days of my life to install it, but it is not possible. It no longer has RSTP, so you cannot write to your own hard drive, and they force you to pay $9.99 per month to get a 30-day recording from the cloud. Their customer service does not understand English very well and cannot help you set it up. The customer service works during China's hours. I would not buy a device from this company again.
Πεταμένα λεφτά. Με καινούρια router με Wifi 6 δεν γίνεται εγκατάσταση της συσκευής. Το setup μέσω εφαρμογής δεν γίνεται εύκολα. Μου έχει φάει 3 ημέρες απο την ζωή μου για να την εγκαταστήσω αλλά δεν γίνεται. Δεν έχει RSTP πια για να μπορείς να γράφεις σε δικό σου σκληρό δίσκο και σε υποχρεώνουν να πληρώνεις 9,99 το μήνα για να παίρνεις εγγραφή απο το cloud για 30 ημέρες πίσω. Η εξυπηρέτηση τους δεν καταλαβαίνει πολύ καλά Αγγλικά και δεν μπορούν να σε βοηθήσουν να σετάρεις. Η εξυπηρέτηση δουλεύει ώρες Κίνας. Δεν θα αγόραζα ξανά συσκευή απο την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία.
Excellent quality heavy construction due to the battery. It has a very strong magnetic or screw support base to choose what suits you.
It was placed outdoors, exposed to rain and sun to monitor the yard and the house as a whole at a 90-degree angle, a fairly large area, I can say about 80 square meters. I couldn't pass power supply, so I preferred to have a battery, maybe in the future I will get its panel. In eco mode, which is activated only with motion detection, it has easily lasted me over 1.5 months with the battery.
It is connected to WiFi Tenda 35mbps at a distance of 15m with 3 walls in between, signal strength 50%, no problem with streaming Full HD, definitely with a better line at shorter distances it would perform better. It detects motion up to 10 meters away and sends a notification with a 3-second delay. The algorithm for humans seems to work relatively well, it only triggered once on a dog that came very close.
Compared to an Aqara that I have, the Ezviz is better for night shots.
It has a microphone and sound, which I have disabled. Additionally, it has a motion-activated light. I have it disabled so as not to give away its location.
It has built-in memory and does not require additional. For cloud storage, a subscription is needed. I haven't explored more features or if I will connect it to a recorder, mainly because I don't have it to record continuously. However, I will come back to it.
Εξαιρετική ποιότητα βαριά κατασκευή λόγω και της μπαταρίας. Διαθέτει πολύ ισχυρή μαγνητική ή βιδωτή βάση στήριξης για να επιλέξεις ότι σε βολεύει.
Τοποθετήθηκε σε εξωτερικό χώρο, εκτεθειμένη στη βροχή και στον ήλιο για να παρακολουθώ την αυλή και το σπίτι συνολικά σε μια γωνία 90ο, αρκετά μεγάλη επιφάνεια μπορώ να πω γύρω στα 80τμ. Δεν μπορούσα να περάσω τροφοδοσία, επομένως προτίμησα να έχει μπαταρία, μελλοντικά ίσως πάρω το πάνελ της. Σε eco mode που ενεργοποιείται μόνο με ανίχνευση κίνησης μου έχει βγάλει πάνω από 1,5 μήνα με τη μπαταρία άνετα.
Είναι συνδεδεμένη με WiFi Tenda 35mbps σε απόσταση 15m με 3 τοίχους ενδιάμεσα, ισχύς σήματος 50% δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα στο streaming Full HD, σίγουρα με καλύτερη γραμμή σε μικρότερες αποστάσεις θα πήγαινε καλύτερα. Ανιχνεύει την κίνηση έως και 10 μέτρα μακριά και στέλνει ειδοποίηση με μια καθυστέρηση 3 δευτ. Ο αλγόριθμος για ανθρώπους φαίνεται να δουλεύει σχετικά καλά, 1 φορά μου χτύπησε μόνο σε σκύλο που πλησίασε πολύ κοντά.
Για βραδινές λήψεις σε σχέση και με μία Aqara που διαθέτω η Ezviz είναι καλύτερη.
Έχει μικρόφωνο και ήχο τα έχω απενεργοποιημένα. Επιπλέον διαθέτει φακό που ανάβει με την κίνηση. Τον έχω απενεργοποιημένο για να μην δίνει στόχο.
Έχει ενσωματωμένη μνήμη και δεν παίρνει επιπλέον. Για cloud θέλει συνδρομή. Δεν έχω ψαχτεί για παραπάνω λειτουργίες κι αν θα το συνδέσω με καταγραφικό, κυρίως γιατί δεν την έχω να καταγράφει συνεχόμενα. Θα επανέλθω όμως.
Very good camera with excellent image quality day and night. I have had it for about a year and it has not had any issues. Its installation was very easy with the application. If a second person wants to use the application, they should use the same email and password. I have it on standby and I charge it every 2 months or so. I am thinking of getting a panel soon.
Πάρα πολύ καλή κάμερα με πολύ καλή εικόνα μέρα και νύχτα. Την έχω περίπου ένα χρόνο και δεν έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα. Η εγκατάστασή της ήταν πολύ εύκολη με την εφαρμογή. Αν θέλει και δεύτερο άτομο να χρησιμοποιήσει την εφαρμογή να βάλει το ίδιο e-mail και κωδικό. Την έχω στην πιλοτή και την φορτίζω κάθε 2 μήνες περίπου. Σκέφτομαι να πάρω και ένα πάνελ σύντομα.
The camera is good in terms of construction and its program is very easy for someone who doesn't know, unfortunately its signal is tragic and if it goes out of the internet or for any reason it doesn't sync properly with WiFi, you have to reset it again and the best camera in the world would be useless if it can't connect to the internet after a simple disconnection.
Η κάμερα είναι καλή σαν κατασκευή και το πρόγραμμα της πολύ εύκολο για κάποιον που δεν ξέρει ,δυστυχώς το σήμα της είναι τραγικό και αν βγει από το ίντερνετ ή για οποιοδήποτε λόγο δεν συγχρονιστεί σωστά με το WiFi θέλει ξανά να τη κάνεις Reset και η καλύτερη κάμερα του κόσμου να ήταν αν δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί στο ίντερνετ μετά από μια απλή αποσύνδεση άχρηστη θα είναι .

- It has drained my soul trying to do Lan View Live but the credentials are constantly failing.
- The company has disabled RTSP and cannot livestream on anything other than PC Studio.
- The camera can easily be stolen because it hangs on a magnet and is not securely attached anywhere.
- The customer support is terrible.

I contacted customer support because connecting the camera directly to my phone (using the camera's wifi before connecting it to my home wifi) was impossible and gave me an error. The support told me they gave it to technicians to look at but they never responded. I have sent them 4 follow-ups, one each week, and they don't respond.
Stay away, guys, it's a waste of money

- Μου έχει βγάλει την ψυχή για να κάνω Lan View Live αλλά τα credentials χτυπάνε συνέχεια.
- Η Εταιρία έχει απενεργοποιήσει το RTSP και δεν μπορεί να κάνει live stream σε κάτι άλλο περαν του PC Studio.
- Η κάμερα μπορεί πολύ εύκολα να κλαπεί γιατί κρέμεται σε μαγνήτη και δεν είναι δεμένη κάπου.
- Το customer support είναι κλαύτα Χαράλαμπε.

Είχα επικοινωνήσει με το customer support γιατί η σύνδεση της cameras απευθείας στο κινητό (με το wifi της cameras πριν το συνδέσω στο wifi του σπιτιού) ήταν αδύνατη και μου έδινε error. Το support μου είπε ότι το έδωσαν σε τεχνικούς να το δουν αλλά δεν απάντησαν ποτέ. Τους έχω κάνει 4 follow up, ένα κάθε εβδομάδα, και δεν απαντούν.

Very good build quality and easy installation. It has a very good sensor and directly detects movement, resulting in immediate recording without delay, at least during the day. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής και εύκολη εγκατάσταση. Έχει πολύ καλό αισθητήρα και απευθείας αντιλαμβάνεται την κίνηση, με αποτέλεσμα απευθείας να καταγράφει χωρίς καθυστέρηση, τουλάχιστον κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας. Δεν το περίμενα, αλλά η μαγνητική βάση βολεύει περισσότερο και ως προς πεδίο που καταγράφει. Το μόνο που με προβλημάτισε είναι πως διαγράφω την μνήμη της συσκευής. Θα δείξει ως προς την αυτονομία της μπαταρίας.
I have it at a distance of 4 meters from the wifi with a wall obstacle, and I haven't lost signal even once. In power saving mode with human detection, it lasts about 1.5 months max, otherwise, for sure a month. In no case does it last the 6 months it states. Finally, if you get tired of charging it, you can get a solar panel with a 25-watt output and forget about it afterwards.
Την εχω σε αποσταση 4 μετρων απο wifi με εμποδιο εναν τοιχο σημα δεν εχω χασει ουτε μια φορα. Στο power saving στο human detection mode βγαζει περιπου 1.5 μηνα μαξ αλλιως μηνα σιγουρα. Σε καμια περιπτωση δεν βγαζει τους 6 μηνες που αναγραφει. Τελος αμα βαρεθεις να την φορτιζεις παιρνεις και το φωτοβολταικο με κανα 25αρη και την ξεχνας μετα.

In the package you will find the camera, wall plugs with a hole guide, a base with screws, and a magnetic base (the second one is more convenient in my opinion), and a 10W charger. The camera has a built-in 32GB memory, so you won't need to buy a micro SD card (plus the option for cloud storage with a subscription, of course).
The installation and adding of the camera to the company's application (EZVIZ) is one of the easiest and most understandable for a beginner user, at least for this specific model (on Android and iOS). The image quality is good, and at night there is the option for color or black and white recording. At least for about 11-12 meters of coverage in an outdoor area where it has been installed for days, it is effective. It is waterproof like all cameras of this type, you can hear the sound, as well as speak through the application. The siren from the alarm sounds relatively low. The lens that lights up at night when it detects motion from the other side is quite powerful in my opinion.
The image delay is about 2 seconds, there are no interruptions or other viewing problems, but this also depends on your network. Notifications always come on time, and any firmware updates for the device are easy to do. The wifi receiver is okay, it goes through one door and about 6 meters from the router in my example, although I haven't tested it with a wall in between. Through the application, you can see the battery level. Depending on the recording mode you set, the duration can reach a few months with 100% charge.
Finally, optional but the device is compatible with the EZVIZ Solar Panel. Such a purchase is recommended.
Στη συσκευασία μέσα θα βρείτε την κάμερα, ουπα-βίδες με χαρτάκι βοήθειας για τρύπες, βάση με βίδωμα αλλά και βάση μαγνήτη (βολεύει περισσότερο η δεύτερη κατά τη γνώμη μου), και φορτιστή 10W. H κάμερα έχει ενσωματωμένη μνήμη 32GB, οπότε δεν θα χρειαστεί να αγοράσετε micro SDcard (+ δυνατότητα για cloud με συνδρομή φυσικά).
H εγκατάσταση και η προσθήκη της κάμερας στην εφαρμογή της εταιρείας (EZVIZ) ειναι από τα πιο εύκολα και κατανοητά που θα βρει ένας αρχάριος χρήστης, τουλάχιστον σε ότι αφορά το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο (σε android και ios). Η ποιότητα εικόνας είναι καλή, τη νυχτα υπάρχει δυνατότητα για έγχρωμη ή ασπρόμαυρη λήψη. Τουλάχιστον για περίπου 11-12 μέτρα κάλυψης σε εξωτερικό χώρο που έχει εγκατασταθεί για μέρες, είναι αποτελεσματική. Ειναι αδιάβροχη όπως όλες τέτοιου τύπου, μπορείς να ακούσεις τον ήχο, καθώς και να μιλήσεις ο ίδιος μέσω της εφαρμογής. Η σειρήνα από το αλάρμ ακούγεται σχετικά χαμηλά. Ο φακός που ανάβει το βραδυ όταν εντοπίσει κίνηση από την άλλη, είναι αρκετά δυνατός κατα τη γνώμη μου.
Η καθυστέρηση εικόνας είναι περίπου 2 seconds, δεν υπάρχουν διακοπές ή άλλο πρόβλημα προβολής, αλλά αυτο εξαρτάται και από το δίκτυό σας. Ειδοποιήσεις έρχονται πάντα στην ώρα τους, και τυχόν ενημέρωση στο firmware της συσκευής εύκολη υπόθεση. Ο δέκτης wifi είναι ΟΚ, μεσολαβει μια πόρτα και περίπου 6 μέτρα από ρούτερ στο δικό μου παράδειγμα, δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει με τοίχο ανάμεσα ωστόσο. Μέσα από την εφαρμογή μπορείς να δεις το επίπεδο μπαταρίας. Αναλόγως το mode καταγραφής που θα ορίσετε, η διάρκεια ενδέχεται να φτάσει κάποιους μήνες από 100% φόρτιση.
Τέλος, προαιρετικό μεν, αλλά η συσκευή ειναι συμβατή με EZVIZ Solar Panel. Συνιστάται τέτοια αγορά.

The camera is relatively expensive but the quality of construction and the excellent battery compensate for it. The ezviz app is the best and with the right settings, the battery lasts as long as the specifications say.

Η κάμερα είναι σχετικά ακριβή αλλά σε αποζημιώνει η ποιότητα κατασκευής και η εξαιρετική μπαταρία. Το app της ezviz είναι ο,τι καλύτερο και με τις σωστές ρυθμίσεις η μπαταρία κρατάει όσο λένε οι προδιαγραφές.
Πολύ καλή λύση για σημεία που δεν έχουμε παροχή ρεύματος.
EZVIZ always leads the way. I bought this CS-BC1C security camera with a focus on excellent quality and PIR function (detecting motion based on heat!!!)
I bought it for a project as a video camera due to its exceptional image quality in low light with very good colors. Yes, it sounds silly, but if you think about it, with the 100 euros I bought it for, it was perfect for my needs. Surely the CS-BS1C 2K+ is better and will definitely be my next purchase as it has H.265 image compression and overall better resolution.
Now, as a security camera, it's not just good, it's more than just a camera with an image. It has quite advanced features, such as self-defense with sound siren and white light that turns on, it doesn't have black and white image at night but colored, built-in 32GB memory, and connection to the EZVIZ cloud.
It has also been tested in water (rain) and didn't suffer any damage, even in a small fall. It comes with two bases, a magnetic one on the back of the camera and a screw-in one for permanent installation.
The downsides are definitely the absence of an http web interface in all EZVIZ cameras, which is logical (for security reasons), it doesn't have FTP protocol, RTSP protocol end-to-end, meaning only through the EZVIZ app for streaming or in software that supports RTSP, for example VLC.
The positives are the price, because we are talking about a wireless security camera without cables and installation, without the need for a PVR recorder, easy connection with the application. Previous functions such as PIR and super-eco mode for up to 210 days of battery life without a cable.
Η EZVIZ όπως πάντα πρωτοπορεί. Αγόρασα την εν λόγο κάμερα ασφαλείας CS-BC1C με γνώμονα την άριστη ποιότητα και την λειτουργία PIR (ανιχνεύσιμη κινήσεις με βάση την θερμότητα!!!)
Την αγόρασα για project ως βιντεοκάμερα λόγο εξαιρετικής εικόνας σε χαμηλό φωτισμό με πολύ καλά χρώματα, ναι ακούγεται χαζό αλλά αν το σκεφτεί κανείς με 100 ευρω που την αγόρασα ήταν οτι πρέπει για τα δική μου δουλεία, σιγουρα η CS-BS1C 2K+ ειναι καλυτερη και σιγουρα θα ειναι η επωμενη αγορα μου καθώς έχει H.265 συμπίεση εικόνας και γενικά καλύτερη ανάλυση.
Τώρα ως Camera ασφαλείας δεν είναι απλα καλή, ειναι κάτι παραπάνω απο κάμερα ασφαλείας με εικόνα, εχει λειτουργίες αρκετά προχωρημένες, όπως, self-defence με ήχο σειρήνα και φως λευκό που στραβώνει, δεν εχει ασπρόμαυρη εικόνα την νύχτα αλλα έγχρωμη, ενσωματωμένη μνημη 32GB συνδεση στο cloud της EZVIZ.
Επίσης ειναι δοκιμασμένη σε νερο (βροχή) και δεν έπαθε τιποτα και σε μικρή πτώση. Έρχεται με δυο βάσεις, μια μαγνητική στο πίσω μέρος της κάμερας και μια βιδωτή για μόνιμη εγκατάσταση.
Στα μείον ειναι σίγουρα το http web interface που απουσιάζει σε όλες της EZVIZ και λογικό (λόγο ασφαλείας), δεν εχει FTP protocol, RTSP πρωτόκολλο end-to-end δηλαδη μόνο μέσο EZVIZ app το streaming ή σε software που το υποστηρίζει RTSP πχ. VLC
Στα θετικά ειναι η τιμη γιατί μιλάμε για μια κάμερα ασφαλείας χωρίς καλώδια και εγκατάσταση, ούτε χρήση καταγραφικού PVR, εύκολη σύνδεση με την εφαρμογή. προηγούμενές λειτουργίες οπως το PIR και super-eco mode για αντοχή εως και 210 μέρες χωρίς καλώδιο.

The camera really burns brain cells. It cannot be configured with any next-generation routers. For those who have Wifi 6 or Cosmote provider and Speedport 2 or newer router, the camera is truly useless. Even the technicians from Cosmote cannot manage to connect it (we spent 45 minutes on phone settings, just in case..). The company's customer service is non-existent, somewhere in China without any response, and there is no chance they will assist you (not even a chance). To avoid investing 120+ € just to test your nervous system, it's better to look for something else. For those who have older technology routers, maybe the situation changes!

Πεταμένα λεφτά. Με καινούρια router με Wifi 6 δεν γίνεται εγκατάσταση της συσκευής. Το setup μέσω εφαρμογής δεν γίνεται εύκολα. Μου έχει φάει 3 ημέρες απο την ζωή μου για να την εγκαταστήσω αλλά δεν γίνεται. Δεν έχει RSTP πια για να μπορείς να γράφεις σε δικό σου σκληρό δίσκο και σε υποχρεώνουν να πληρώνεις 9,99 το μήνα για να παίρνεις εγγραφή απο το cloud για 30 ημέρες πίσω. Η εξυπηρέτηση τους δεν καταλαβαίνει πολύ καλά Αγγλικά και δεν μπορούν να σε βοηθήσουν να σετάρεις. Η εξυπηρέτηση δουλεύει ώρες Κίνας. Δεν θα αγόραζα ξανά συσκευή απο την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία.

It was placed outdoors, exposed to rain and sun to monitor the yard and the house as a whole at a 90-degree angle, a fairly large area, I can say about 80 square meters. I couldn't pass power supply, so I preferred to have a battery, maybe in the future I will get its panel. In eco mode, which is activated only with motion detection, it has easily lasted me over 1.5 months with the battery.
It is connected to WiFi Tenda 35mbps at a distance of 15m with 3 walls in between, signal strength 50%, no problem with streaming Full HD, definitely with a better line at shorter distances it would perform better. It detects motion up to 10 meters away and sends a notification with a 3-second delay. The algorithm for humans seems to work relatively well, it only triggered once on a dog that came very close.
Compared to an Aqara that I have, the Ezviz is better for night shots.
It has a microphone and sound, which I have disabled. Additionally, it has a motion-activated light. I have it disabled so as not to give away its location.
It has built-in memory and does not require additional. For cloud storage, a subscription is needed. I haven't explored more features or if I will connect it to a recorder, mainly because I don't have it to record continuously. However, I will come back to it.
Εξαιρετική ποιότητα βαριά κατασκευή λόγω και της μπαταρίας. Διαθέτει πολύ ισχυρή μαγνητική ή βιδωτή βάση στήριξης για να επιλέξεις ότι σε βολεύει.
Τοποθετήθηκε σε εξωτερικό χώρο, εκτεθειμένη στη βροχή και στον ήλιο για να παρακολουθώ την αυλή και το σπίτι συνολικά σε μια γωνία 90ο, αρκετά μεγάλη επιφάνεια μπορώ να πω γύρω στα 80τμ. Δεν μπορούσα να περάσω τροφοδοσία, επομένως προτίμησα να έχει μπαταρία, μελλοντικά ίσως πάρω το πάνελ της. Σε eco mode που ενεργοποιείται μόνο με ανίχνευση κίνησης μου έχει βγάλει πάνω από 1,5 μήνα με τη μπαταρία άνετα.
Είναι συνδεδεμένη με WiFi Tenda 35mbps σε απόσταση 15m με 3 τοίχους ενδιάμεσα, ισχύς σήματος 50% δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα στο streaming Full HD, σίγουρα με καλύτερη γραμμή σε μικρότερες αποστάσεις θα πήγαινε καλύτερα. Ανιχνεύει την κίνηση έως και 10 μέτρα μακριά και στέλνει ειδοποίηση με μια καθυστέρηση 3 δευτ. Ο αλγόριθμος για ανθρώπους φαίνεται να δουλεύει σχετικά καλά, 1 φορά μου χτύπησε μόνο σε σκύλο που πλησίασε πολύ κοντά.
Για βραδινές λήψεις σε σχέση και με μία Aqara που διαθέτω η Ezviz είναι καλύτερη.
Έχει μικρόφωνο και ήχο τα έχω απενεργοποιημένα. Επιπλέον διαθέτει φακό που ανάβει με την κίνηση. Τον έχω απενεργοποιημένο για να μην δίνει στόχο.
Έχει ενσωματωμένη μνήμη και δεν παίρνει επιπλέον. Για cloud θέλει συνδρομή. Δεν έχω ψαχτεί για παραπάνω λειτουργίες κι αν θα το συνδέσω με καταγραφικό, κυρίως γιατί δεν την έχω να καταγράφει συνεχόμενα. Θα επανέλθω όμως.

Πάρα πολύ καλή κάμερα με πολύ καλή εικόνα μέρα και νύχτα. Την έχω περίπου ένα χρόνο και δεν έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα. Η εγκατάστασή της ήταν πολύ εύκολη με την εφαρμογή. Αν θέλει και δεύτερο άτομο να χρησιμοποιήσει την εφαρμογή να βάλει το ίδιο e-mail και κωδικό. Την έχω στην πιλοτή και την φορτίζω κάθε 2 μήνες περίπου. Σκέφτομαι να πάρω και ένα πάνελ σύντομα.

Review 22-07-2022: I have no words. I ordered two. Awesome menu options. Clear picture. It has intelligent motion detection function and the best part... You can set it to trigger the camera alarm. It has lighting that turns on in case of motion. 5 stars are really not enough. I also ordered the solar panel so that its battery is always charged. The only thing you need is a good wifi signal. The camera does everything else.
Review 26-12-2022: After six months of use, I have one thing to say. The camera is a warrior. It is placed outdoors, with winds reaching 7 and 8 on the Beaufort scale, with rain, snow, heatwaves, and it continues to function perfectly. Αξιολόγηση 22-07-2022: Δεν έχω λόγια. Παράγγειλα δύο. Φοβερό μενού επιλογών. Καθαρή εικόνα. Έχει έξυπνη λειτουργία αντίληψης κίνησης και το καλύτερο... Μπορείς να τη ρυθμίσεις να χτυπήσει ο συναγερμός της κάμερας. Έχει φωτισμό, που σε περίπτωση κίνησης, ανάβει. 5 αστέρια όντως είναι πολύ λίγα. Επίσης παράγγειλα και το ηλιακό πάνελ, ώστε η μπαταρία της να είναι πάντα φορτισμένη. Το μόνο που πρέπει να έχετε είναι καλό σήμα wifi. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα τα κάνει η κάμερα.
Αξιολόγηση 26-12-2022:Μετά από έξι μήνες λειτουργίας ένα έχω να πω. Η κάμερα είναι σκυλί του πολέμου. Βρίσκεται σε εξωτερικό χώρο ,με ανέμους που φτάνουν τα 7 και 8 μποφόρ, με βροχή, με χιόνι, με καύσωνα και συνεχίζει και είναι λειτουργικότατη. Δεν ε΄χει υποστεί καμμία φθορά, ειδικά όσο αφορά τις λειτουργίες της, Να τονίσω ότι έχω ταχύτητα ιντερνετ κοντά στα 30 και έχω extender για ενδυνάμωση του σήματος wifi. Είναι σημαντικό διότι η κάμερα χρειάζεται πολύ καλό wifi, αλλιώς κολλάει.

Let's break it down! I bought 3 cameras from different companies. All honest. But this one exceeded my expectations.
Positives:
· Incredible image quality day and night
· Very easy app, I connected it immediately.
· Its own internal memory says it all.
· Now here I raise my hands high. In the app, it has Critical notifications (iPhone). What does this mean? Even if the phone is on silent, if it detects any movement, it rings and gives you a notification (you can disable it if you want). Imagine I have three other cameras from other companies and I've been searching for 5 days now how I can also set Critical notifications on them so that when I have it on Silent and I'm sleeping (to not hear calls and messages), if any movement is detected by another camera, it notifies me.
· A big advantage is that you don't need power. I placed it in the pilotis where it would have been a hassle to draw power and I was lazy. So with 2 plugs, you can place it wherever you want.
· Large battery range. 1 month now and it hasn't consumed 30%.
· It has 2 mounts, one screwable and one that you place with a magnet on top (it takes strength to remove it).
· Wi-Fi. From the second floor and with a basic extender, even with low signal (I wonder how it managed to catch it), it works fine. I definitely need to get a better extender to reach the leaf.
Negatives:
· The only problem I saw, and I don't know if it's my fault but I don't think so, is when you screw it with the ball it can't sit exactly where you want. I made a small hack and placed a small piece between the ball and the case which essentially made the ball stiffer and so it wedged in the screw where I wanted.
· Price. It could have had a ceiling of 80-100.

Έχουμε και λέμε ! Πήρα μαζί 3 κάμερες από σιαφορετικες εταιρίες Όλες τίμιες . αυτή όμως ξεπέρασε τς προσδοκίες μου .
Στα θετικα :
· Τρομερή ποιότητα εικόνας μέρα νύχτα
· Πολύ εύκολο app το Σύνδεσα αμέσως .
• Δίκη του εσωτερική μνήμη τα λέει όλα .
· Τώρα εδώ σηκώνω τα χέρια ψιλά . Στο app έχει Κρίσιμες ειδοποίησης (iphone) . Τι σημαίνει αυτό; Ότι και στη σίγαση ναναι το κινητό αν αυτό ανίχνευση κάποια κίνηση χτυπάει και σου δίνει ειδοποίηση (μπορείς να το απενεργοποιήσεις αν θες ) . Να φανταστείτε έχω άλλες τρεις κάμερες άλλες εταιρείες και ψάχνω 5 μέρες τώρα πως μπορώ και σε αυτές να βάλω Κρίσιμες ειδοποιήσεις ώστε όταν το έχω Αθόρυβο και κοιμάμαι (για να μην ακούω τηλέφωνα και μηνύματα) αν Ανιχνευθεί κάποια κίνηση από άλλη κάμερα να με ειδοποιήσεις.
· μεγαλο ατού είναι ότι δεν χρειάζεσαι ρεύμα . εγω την έβαλα στην πιλοτή Όπου ήθελε φασαρία για να τραβήξω ρεύμα και βαριόμουν . όποτε με 2 ουπα την βάζεις όπου θες .
·μεγαλο έβρος μπαταρίας . 1 μήνα τώρα δεν έχει φάει 30% .
• έχει 2 mount ένα βιδωτο και ένα που το βάζεις με
μαγνήτη πάνω (θέλει διναμη για να τ βγάλεις)
·wi-fi . από τον δεύτερο όροφο και με ένα extender τς πλάκας έστω και με χαμηλό σήμα (άπορο πως κατάφερε να το πιάσει ) δουλευει μια χαρά . σίγουρα πρέπει να παρω ένα καλύτερο extender για να πιάνει στο φυλλ
Στα αρνητικά :
• Το μόνο πρόβλημα που είδα και δεν ξέρω αν φταίω εγώ σ’ αυτό αλλά δε νομίζω, είναι όταν το βιδώνεις με την μπίλια δεν μπορεί να κάτσει ακριβώς σε πιο σημείο θέλεις. Εγώ έκανα μια μικρή πατέντα και έβαλα ανάμεσα στην μπίλια κ την θήκη τς ένα κομμάτι μικρό π στην ουσία έκανε τν μπίλια πιο άκαμπτη και έτσι σφινοσε στο Βίδωμα εκεί που ήθελα .

Δεν μπορούσα να περάσω τροφοδοσία, επομένως προτίμησα να έχει μπαταρία, μελλοντικά ίσως πάρω το πάνελ της. Σε eco mode που ενεργοποιείται μόνο με ανίχνευση κίνησης μου έχει βγάλει πάνω από 1,5 μήνα με τη μπαταρία άνετα.
Είναι συνδεδεμένη με WiFi Tenda 35mbps σε απόσταση 15m με 3 τοίχους ενδιάμεσα, ισχύς σήματος 50% δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα στο streaming Full HD, σίγουρα με καλύτερη γραμμή σε μικρότερες αποστάσεις θα πήγαινε καλύτερα. Ανιχνεύει την κίνηση έως και 10 μέτρα μακριά και στέλνει ειδοποίηση με μια καθυστέρηση 3 δευτ. Ο αλγόριθμος για ανθρώπους φαίνεται να δουλεύει σχετικά καλά, 1 φορά μου χτύπησε μόνο σε σκύλο που πλησίασε πολύ κοντά.
Για βραδινές λήψεις σε σχέση και με μία Aqara που διαθέτω η Ezviz είναι καλύτερη.
Έχει μικρόφωνο και ήχο τα έχω απενεργοποιημένα. Επιπλέον διαθέτει φακό που ανάβει με την κίνηση. Τον έχω απενεργοποιημένο για να μην δίνει στόχο.
Έχει ενσωματωμένη μνήμη και δεν παίρνει επιπλέον. Για cloud θέλει συνδρομή. Δεν έχω ψαχτεί για παραπάνω λειτουργίες κι αν θα το συνδέσω με καταγραφικό, κυρίως γιατί δεν την έχω να καταγράφει συνεχόμενα. Θα επανέλθω όμως.
Very good camera with excellent image quality day and night. I have had it for about a year and it has not had any issues. Its installation was very easy with the application. If a second person wants to use the application, they should use the same email and password. I have it on standby and I charge it every 2 months or so. I am thinking of getting a panel soon.
Πάρα πολύ καλή κάμερα με πολύ καλή εικόνα μέρα και νύχτα. Την έχω περίπου ένα χρόνο και δεν έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα. Η εγκατάστασή της ήταν πολύ εύκολη με την εφαρμογή. Αν θέλει και δεύτερο άτομο να χρησιμοποιήσει την εφαρμογή να βάλει το ίδιο e-mail και κωδικό. Την έχω στην πιλοτή και την φορτίζω κάθε 2 μήνες περίπου. Σκέφτομαι να πάρω και ένα πάνελ σύντομα.
The camera is good in terms of construction and its program is very easy for someone who doesn't know, unfortunately its signal is tragic and if it goes out of the internet or for any reason it doesn't sync properly with WiFi, you have to reset it again and the best camera in the world would be useless if it can't connect to the internet after a simple disconnection.

I contacted customer support because connecting the camera directly to my phone (using the camera's wifi before connecting it to my home wifi) was impossible and gave me an error. The support told me they gave it to technicians to look at but they never responded. I have sent them 4 follow-ups, one each week, and they don't respond.

- Η Εταιρία έχει απενεργοποιήσει το RTSP και δεν μπορεί να κάνει live stream σε κάτι άλλο περαν του PC Studio.
- Η κάμερα μπορεί πολύ εύκολα να κλαπεί γιατί κρέμεται σε μαγνήτη και δεν είναι δεμένη κάπου.
- Το customer support είναι κλαύτα Χαράλαμπε.

Είχα επικοινωνήσει με το customer support γιατί η σύνδεση της cameras απευθείας στο κινητό (με το wifi της cameras πριν το συνδέσω στο wifi του σπιτιού) ήταν αδύνατη και μου έδινε error. Το support μου είπε ότι το έδωσαν σε τεχνικούς να το δουν αλλά δεν απάντησαν ποτέ. Τους έχω κάνει 4 follow up, ένα κάθε εβδομάδα, και δεν απαντούν.

Δεν το περίμενα, αλλά η μαγνητική βάση βολεύει περισσότερο και ως προς πεδίο που καταγράφει. Το μόνο που με προβλημάτισε είναι πως διαγράφω την μνήμη της συσκευής. Θα δείξει ως προς την αυτονομία της μπαταρίας.
I have it at a distance of 4 meters from the wifi with a wall obstacle, and I haven't lost signal even once. In power saving mode with human detection, it lasts about 1.5 months max, otherwise, for sure a month. In no case does it last the 6 months it states. Την εχω σε αποσταση 4 μετρων απο wifi με εμποδιο εναν τοιχο σημα δεν εχω χασει ουτε μια φορα. Στο power saving στο human detection mode βγαζει περιπου 1.5 μηνα μαξ αλλιως μηνα σιγουρα. Σε καμια περιπτωση δεν βγαζει τους 6 μηνες που αναγραφει. Τελος αμα βαρεθεις να την φορτιζεις παιρνεις και το φωτοβολταικο με κανα 25αρη και την ξεχνας μετα.

In the package you will find the camera, wall plugs with a hole guide, a base with screws, and a magnetic base (the second one is more convenient in my opinion), and a 10W charger. The camera has a built-in 32GB memory, so you won't need to buy a micro SD card (plus the option for cloud storage with a subscription, of course).
The installation and adding of the camera to the company's application (EZVIZ) is one of the easiest and most understandable for a beginner user, at least for this specific model (on Android and iOS). The image quality is good, and at night there is the option for color or black and white recording. At least for about 11-12 meters of coverage in an outdoor area where it has been installed for days, it is effective. It is waterproof like all cameras of this type, you can hear the sound, as well as speak through the application. The siren from the alarm sounds relatively low. The lens that lights up at night when it detects motion from the other side is quite powerful in my opinion.
The image delay is about 2 seconds, there are no interruptions or other viewing problems, but this also depends on your network. Notifications always come on time, and any firmware updates for the device are easy to do. The wifi receiver is okay, it goes through one door and about 6 meters from the router in my example, although I haven't tested it with a wall in between. Through the application, you can see the battery level. Depending on the recording mode you set, the duration can reach a few months with 100% charge.
Finally, optional but the device is compatible with the EZVIZ Solar Panel. Such a purchase is recommended.
Στη συσκευασία μέσα θα βρείτε την κάμερα, ουπα-βίδες με χαρτάκι βοήθειας για τρύπες, βάση με βίδωμα αλλά και βάση μαγνήτη (βολεύει περισσότερο η δεύτερη κατά τη γνώμη μου), και φορτιστή 10W. H κάμερα έχει ενσωματωμένη μνήμη 32GB, οπότε δεν θα χρειαστεί να αγοράσετε micro SDcard (+ δυνατότητα για cloud με συνδρομή φυσικά).
H εγκατάσταση και η προσθήκη της κάμερας στην εφαρμογή της εταιρείας (EZVIZ) ειναι από τα πιο εύκολα και κατανοητά που θα βρει ένας αρχάριος χρήστης, τουλάχιστον σε ότι αφορά το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο (σε android και ios). Η ποιότητα εικόνας είναι καλή, τη νυχτα υπάρχει δυνατότητα για έγχρωμη ή ασπρόμαυρη λήψη. Τουλάχιστον για περίπου 11-12 μέτρα κάλυψης σε εξωτερικό χώρο που έχει εγκατασταθεί για μέρες, είναι αποτελεσματική. Ειναι αδιάβροχη όπως όλες τέτοιου τύπου, μπορείς να ακούσεις τον ήχο, καθώς και να μιλήσεις ο ίδιος μέσω της εφαρμογής. Η σειρήνα από το αλάρμ ακούγεται σχετικά χαμηλά. Ο φακός που ανάβει το βραδυ όταν εντοπίσει κίνηση από την άλλη, είναι αρκετά δυνατός κατα τη γνώμη μου.
Η καθυστέρηση εικόνας είναι περίπου 2 seconds, δεν υπάρχουν διακοπές ή άλλο πρόβλημα προβολής, αλλά αυτο εξαρτάται και από το δίκτυό σας. Ειδοποιήσεις έρχονται πάντα στην ώρα τους, και τυχόν ενημέρωση στο firmware της συσκευής εύκολη υπόθεση. Ο δέκτης wifi είναι ΟΚ, μεσολαβει μια πόρτα και περίπου 6 μέτρα από ρούτερ στο δικό μου παράδειγμα, δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει με τοίχο ανάμεσα ωστόσο. Μέσα από την εφαρμογή μπορείς να δεις το επίπεδο μπαταρίας. Αναλόγως το mode καταγραφής που θα ορίσετε, η διάρκεια ενδέχεται να φτάσει κάποιους μήνες από 100% φόρτιση.
Τέλος, προαιρετικό μεν, αλλά η συσκευή ειναι συμβατή με EZVIZ Solar Panel. Συνιστάται τέτοια αγορά.

The camera is relatively expensive but the quality of construction and the excellent battery compensate for it. The ezviz app is the best and with the right settings, the battery lasts as long as the specifications say.

EZVIZ always leads the way. I bought this CS-BC1C security camera with a focus on excellent quality and PIR function (detecting motion based on heat!!!)
I bought it for a project as a video camera due to its exceptional image quality in low light with very good colors. Yes, it sounds silly, but if you think about it, with the 100 euros I bought it for, it was perfect for my needs. Surely the CS-BS1C 2K+ is better and will definitely be my next purchase as it has H.265 image compression and overall better resolution.
Now, as a security camera, it's not just good, it's more than just a camera with an image. It has quite advanced features, such as self-defense with sound siren and white light that turns on, it doesn't have black and white image at night but colored, built-in 32GB memory, and connection to the EZVIZ cloud.
It has also been tested in water (rain) and didn't suffer any damage, even in a small fall. It comes with two bases, a magnetic one on the back of the camera and a screw-in one for permanent installation.
The downsides are definitely the absence of an http web interface in all EZVIZ cameras, which is logical (for security reasons), it doesn't have FTP protocol, RTSP protocol end-to-end, meaning only through the EZVIZ app for streaming or in software that supports RTSP, for example VLC.
The positives are the price, because we are talking about a wireless security camera without cables and installation, without the need for a PVR recorder, easy connection with the application. Previous functions such as PIR and super-eco mode for up to 210 days of battery life without a cable.
Η EZVIZ όπως πάντα πρωτοπορεί. Αγόρασα την εν λόγο κάμερα ασφαλείας CS-BC1C με γνώμονα την άριστη ποιότητα και την λειτουργία PIR (ανιχνεύσιμη κινήσεις με βάση την θερμότητα!!!)
Την αγόρασα για project ως βιντεοκάμερα λόγο εξαιρετικής εικόνας σε χαμηλό φωτισμό με πολύ καλά χρώματα, ναι ακούγεται χαζό αλλά αν το σκεφτεί κανείς με 100 ευρω που την αγόρασα ήταν οτι πρέπει για τα δική μου δουλεία, σιγουρα η CS-BS1C 2K+ ειναι καλυτερη και σιγουρα θα ειναι η επωμενη αγορα μου καθώς έχει H.265 συμπίεση εικόνας και γενικά καλύτερη ανάλυση.
Τώρα ως Camera ασφαλείας δεν είναι απλα καλή, ειναι κάτι παραπάνω απο κάμερα ασφαλείας με εικόνα, εχει λειτουργίες αρκετά προχωρημένες, όπως, self-defence με ήχο σειρήνα και φως λευκό που στραβώνει, δεν εχει ασπρόμαυρη εικόνα την νύχτα αλλα έγχρωμη, ενσωματωμένη μνημη 32GB συνδεση στο cloud της EZVIZ.
Επίσης ειναι δοκιμασμένη σε νερο (βροχή) και δεν έπαθε τιποτα και σε μικρή πτώση. Έρχεται με δυο βάσεις, μια μαγνητική στο πίσω μέρος της κάμερας και μια βιδωτή για μόνιμη εγκατάσταση.
Στα μείον ειναι σίγουρα το http web interface που απουσιάζει σε όλες της EZVIZ και λογικό (λόγο ασφαλείας), δεν εχει FTP protocol, RTSP πρωτόκολλο end-to-end δηλαδη μόνο μέσο EZVIZ app το streaming ή σε software που το υποστηρίζει RTSP πχ. VLC

The camera really burns brain cells. It cannot be configured with any next-generation routers. For those who have Wifi 6 or Cosmote provider and Speedport 2 or newer router, the camera is truly useless. Even the technicians from Cosmote cannot manage to connect it (we spent 45 minutes on phone settings, just in case..). The company's customer service is non-existent, somewhere in China without any response, and there is no chance they will assist you (not even a chance). To avoid investing 120+ € just to test your nervous system, it's better to look for something else. For those who have older technology routers, maybe the situation changes!

Για όσους έχουν Wifi 6 ή πάροχο τη Cosmote και router Speedport 2 ή νεότερα πραγματικά η κάμερα είναι για πέταμα. Δεν πρόκειται να καταφέρουν να την συνδέσουν ούτε οι τεχνικοί της cosmote (45 λεπτά κάναμε τηλεφωνικές ρυθμίσεις μπας και..). Η εξυπηρέτηση της εταιρείας είναι ανύπαρκτη κάπου στη Κίνα χωρίς ίχνος ανταπόκρισης και δεν υπάρχει καμία (μα καμία) περίπτωση να σας εξυπηρετήσουν. Για να μην επενδύσετε 120+ € απλά για να τεστάρετε το νευρικό σας σύστημα, καλύτερα κοιτάξτε κάτι άλλο. Για όσους έχουν router παλαιότερης τεχνολογίας ίσως αλλάζει το πράγμα!
Waste of money. With a new router with Wifi 6, the device cannot be installed. The setup through the application is not easy. It has taken me 3 days of my life to install it, but it is not possible. It no longer has RSTP, so you cannot write to your own hard drive, and they force you to pay $9.99 per month to get a 30-day recording from the cloud. Their customer service does not understand English very well and cannot help you set it up. The customer service works during China's hours. I would not buy a device from this company again.
Πεταμένα λεφτά. Με καινούρια router με Wifi 6 δεν γίνεται εγκατάσταση της συσκευής. Το setup μέσω εφαρμογής δεν γίνεται εύκολα. Δεν έχει RSTP πια για να μπορείς να γράφεις σε δικό σου σκληρό δίσκο και σε υποχρεώνουν να πληρώνεις 9,99 το μήνα για να παίρνεις εγγραφή απο το cloud για 30 ημέρες πίσω. Η εξυπηρέτηση τους δεν καταλαβαίνει πολύ καλά Αγγλικά και δεν μπορούν να σε βοηθήσουν να σετάρεις. Η εξυπηρέτηση δουλεύει ώρες Κίνας. Δεν θα αγόραζα ξανά συσκευή απο την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία.

It was placed outdoors, exposed to rain and sun to monitor the yard and the house as a whole at a 90-degree angle, a fairly large area, I can say about 80 square meters. Αν θέλει και δεύτερο άτομο να χρησιμοποιήσει την εφαρμογή να βάλει το ίδιο e-mail και κωδικό. Την έχω στην πιλοτή και την φορτίζω κάθε 2 μήνες περίπου. Σκέφτομαι να πάρω και ένα πάνελ σύντομα.

Η κάμερα είναι καλή σαν κατασκευή και το πρόγραμμα της πολύ εύκολο για κάποιον που δεν ξέρει ,δυστυχώς το σήμα της είναι τραγικό και αν βγει από το ίντερνετ ή για οποιοδήποτε λόγο δεν συγχρονιστεί σωστά με το WiFi θέλει ξανά να τη κάνεις Reset και η καλύτερη κάμερα του κόσμου να ήταν αν δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί στο ίντερνετ μετά από μια απλή αποσύνδεση άχρηστη θα είναι .
