In the picture, it is not polished and only two coats have been applied, not four or five—first with the colors and second just with varnish. It needs at least 2 more coats and polishing, as well as a small mold around the perimeter to achieve better work and results.
The silver is perhaps the best detail; it doesn't dissolve very easily but makes nice patterns if you have imagination. White in the same jar for the base, blue and gold... The blue prevails.
