    Personally, I got it for a window; I wouldn't rely on putting it on a balcony. Cheap fishing line, although it seems sturdy, it's good for a window. For a balcony, definitely a mesh with reinforced wire, especially if the cat tends to run away, or if it gets scared easily, or if it climbs.

If you have big cats, get another pack of screws and plugs. Very good, I recommend it despite the 4 stars, it loses one because of the screws
