Premium Selection

A single variety extra virgin olive oil of the Makri variety, harvested in early November from selected medium-ripened fruits with very low acidity. It is processed within 4-8 hours of collection under excellent conditions of oil extraction and cold pressing.

Characterized by a medium-intensity fruitiness with notes of red fruits, vanilla, artichoke, and tomato leaves, along with balanced notes of bitterness and spiciness. It is recommended to be consumed raw. A fresh olive oil to complement all your dishes.
