Spanish Marjoram (Marjoram Spanish) or Mastic Thyme or White Thyme, scientific name Thymus Mastichina, is a small evergreen shrub of the Lamiaceae family. It reaches a height of 30-40cm, endemic to the Iberian Peninsula, and has small oval leaves and white flowers with a distinct aroma reminiscent of eucalyptus.

The essential oil of Spanish Marjoram is distilled from the dried and flowering tops of the plant and has a yellow color, with a herbal, spicy, warm scent. The main molecules of its chemotype composition are 1,8-cineole and linalool, substances with significant therapeutic properties.
