With compulsory execution, the realization of substantive law is achieved, as it has been specified in the particular case by a judicial decision (usually) or another enforceable title.
This function of compulsory execution often serves as a criterion for the, at least from a practical perspective, correctness and appropriateness of a legal construct/theory. This is also the reason that "legitimizes," beyond the invocation of the unity of the legal order – those primarily dealing with substantive law to dedicate themselves to issues of compulsory execution.
This book attempts to analyze all the problems that arise during compulsory execution, as it is now regulated after the establishment of the so-called electronic auction.
The hope and wish of the author is that this book will be a useful aid to the Greek lawyer.
