Thus, there will be 16 levels in the tower. Once the tower is built, the person who constructed it goes first. The move involves removing a block from any level except the last one built and placing it on the top level to complete it. Only one hand can be used to remove a block, and both hands can be used, but only one can be on the tower at a time. Blocks can be pushed to free a loosely supported block that will not affect the rest of the tower. Any block moved from its position can be left as is if it is found that moving it will collapse the tower. The game ends when the tower collapses, that is, if any other piece falls from the tower except the one being removed to be moved. The loser is the one who caused the collapse, while the previous mover is the winner.
