Description
Professional projector EB-PU1007W by the company Epson, with resolution 1920 x 1200 pixels. The projection distance, that is, the distance the projector can be placed in relation to the projection surface, ranges in the range 1.45 - 2.32m.
The projection technology is the way the projector's lamp light is converted into an image to be projected through the lens onto a surface. This one is 3LCD technology and its lamp is laser type, which has a longer lifespan compared to LED lamps, as well as very high brightness and excellent color and black performance.
This technology is named after the initials of the words Liquid Crystal Display, developed by Epson, and is an evolution of LCD technology. The image is created by three liquid crystal panels, each producing one of the primary colors: red, green, blue. The 3 colors are combined through prisms and projected simultaneously from the lens as a complete image. This results in much better color performance than LCD projectors, even in black.
Brightness and contrast, or contrast ratio, are two very important features that are taken into account, in combination with the projection distance and the maximum diagonal you want to achieve, for the selection of a projector. This one has a brightness of 7000 ANSI Lumens and a contrast of 2500000:1.
Contrast indicates the difference between the darkest and the brightest part of an image and is an indicator of image quality. The image projected by a projector with a low contrast ratio looks faded and flat. In contrast, with a high contrast ratio, it looks more realistic and with greater "depth".
Brightness indicates how much light the projector can deliver on a specific surface size. The general rule suggests that "brighter" projectors are preferred in rooms with plenty of light or several light sources, while "darker" ones are preferred in dark rooms.
It is equipped with an Ethernet port, so you can connect wired to your local network and watch a program online or download software updates.
