The Proacoustics Polyfon WS-50 sound-absorbing panel reduces reverberation, unwanted sound reflections and standing waves, helping to improve a room’s acoustics. Linear perforations of different sizes on the front allow it to absorb a wide range of frequencies. It has a wood-look melamine MDF front and a polyurethane foam backing.
The panel can be mounted on a wall or suspended ceiling using suitable adhesive or a Velcro®-type fastening system at the four corners. It can also be fitted into a standard suspended ceiling grid with T-shaped aluminium profiles, measuring 60 × 60 cm from centre to centre.
