I bought this specific screwdriver as well. After two years of occasional use, and always only on small automatics, the tip broke. So, without forcing it and in good faith, I took it back to the store where I bought it and they told me that the replacement would take a little while, around a month. Since then, two months have passed and I am still waiting. I called them and they told me that the warranty does not cover this type of breakage in front of the tip. I regret giving this money for this brand. With the same amount of money, I could have bought a whole set from a non-branded brand that ultimately proves to be more durable over time. In the end, it's a shame that the brand is advertised for a lifetime warranty. None of this is true. And because of this, the one star I gave is not worth it.
