The frequent and serious instances of failures in three-phase installations of large building complexes have led me to the necessity of writing a book, with scientific accuracy and practical character, that describes and then presents solutions for these difficult cases of electrical installations.

At the same time, wanting to facilitate, as much as possible, students, trainees, and fellow technicians, I present each case of three-phase connection and failure as a laboratory exercise in electrical measurements.

I hope that this effort of mine will help the researchers and manufacturers of high-power three-phase installations, in order to practically reduce the major problems that arise in the internal sections of electrical installations and in the external supply networks.

The material has been drawn from reliable technical books and from my personal archive, on the topics of study and construction of high-power three-phase installations, which I gathered from time to time from my position as a technical consultant for companies involved in the construction of technical and electromechanical projects.
