A cat of unknown details

How an unknown cat causes panic in a wealthy ghetto. A “clownery” in the closed fortified residential communities of utmost security where the “privileged” choose to live out of fear of the other.

This is a very widespread phenomenon in other countries, which is beginning to become a reality in Greece during the crisis, while at the same time the exclusion and marginalization of an increasing percentage of the population intensifies.

The work is articulated around three intersecting axes: those within the walls, a television show, and those outside the walls. Three narratives that use language in three different ways. Farce may be more effective in conveying horror.

We protect ourselves from the despair of the world. Here zero crime. Zero prostitution. Zero begging. Zero unknown animals. AND THE CAT?
