    POSITIVES: Excellent and very smart machine. It includes many functions that one finds in very expensive models. From a distance of 2.90m it produces clear 110 inches of very bright and clear image. It connects wirelessly to wifi and wired with ethernet to the internet for upgrades, on youtube and wherever else one wants. It accepts a usb stick from the back where you can easily load and view word files, power point, play mp3, photos and many video formats (ts, mpeg, avi, mp4)
    NEGATIVES: In mkv videos (matroska) it only plays the image and does not recognize sound. My machine that I received on 15/12/2023 unfortunately does not adjust in the user selection, in the displayed image, only the brightness. The other 4 parameters (contrast, hue, saturation, sharpness) are stuck and cannot be adjusted. Obviously it is a factory error. The preset image settings suggested by the machine are simply unacceptable. I contacted HP technical support in Athens (as it has a 2-year warranty) and the people did not even know the existence of this model !!! Trying to register the model on the HP website, it does not recognize the projector's serial number. They promised me in technical support that they will forward my problem to the technical department for technical research.... I assume that maybe the problem will be fixed in a future firmware upgrade. The best would be the FULL REPLACEMENT of the product from the purchasing store by the company's order, if they want to be considered reliable. Hopefully they will behave properly because this machine is otherwise excellent !!! Three stars that will become five, if the factory problem with the image adjustment is corrected and with an upgrade they add the audio codec for mkv videos.
