Quite a good machine, I read a few reviews and the instructions, I put in sugar and voilà, we filled 2 sticks of cotton candy without much fuss and without effort.
It cleans easily, the tray and the plastic cover come off for washing, it works as it should

I used it a total of 5 to 6 times. The cotton candy started to detach from the stick after a certain point, and you couldn't collect more cotton candy on the stick, resulting in a very small amount coming out. Of course, the sticks might also be to blame for this. The cotton was nice, and I tried to color the sugar and make various colors of cotton candy. They turned out pretty good! Unfortunately, on the 6th time we used it, it caught fire after 3 hours of continuous use. The instructions did not mention any time limit for the device's operation. I don't know if it can be fixed!

The only downside is that it collects a little bit of sugar around the bowl that turns into caramel and goes "lost" (not that you can't eat it)

It sticks to the protective caramel made of sugar, which logically has not been collected on the stick. So it is logical that it is not for professional use. The quality of the Hair is quite good, as well as the quantity produced in one spoonful according to the dosimeter of the packaging. It reminds me of a fair!!!

Those who have written negative comments are because they did not understand how to handle the stick. It is wrong to turn the stick around the walls (this way it will become a ball). The correct way is the one shown in the photo of the device's box. You hold it steady and turn it like on a spit. It is also important that it cleans easily. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I definitely recommend it
