With mixed feeding, when my supply decreased, I struggled to produce and only saw a change of 5g from the very first day. On the second day, it reached 120ml, then 150ml, and within a week, it went up to 170ml. And a friend of mine (exclusively) pumped 300ml in just one week!
Με μεικτή σίτιση οταν μου μειώθηκε εβγαζα με το ζόρι και αν 5γρ από την πρώτη κιόλας ημέρα είδα αλλαγή έφτασε 90μλ,την 2η 120μλ,150μλ και σε μια εβδομάδα πήγε 170μλ. Και σε μια γνωστή μου (αποκλειστικό) μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα έβγαλε 300μλ!
