This book can be a useful tool primarily for students, trainers, coaches, physiotherapists, but also for those who are based in exercise spaces and maintain a strong desire to better understand their body, better understand themselves. Within the pages of the book, the reader will encounter a significant number of exercises (I believe it is a representative sample within a countless number of exercises). According to the language of numbers that claims perfection, we refer to 27 muscle groups in which 183 exercises are distributed with 917 variations, giving a total of 1,100 exercises, maintaining an inseparable connection with 366 photographs.
The ultimate goal of this work is the harmonious coupling of anatomical and exercise terms, reinforced by mathematical terms. The whole effort focuses on the correlation of photographs and verbal diagrams, developing a relationship of idol to object^ it may sound utopian, but that was the great struggle, namely to approach as much as possible with an upper limit of 20 words per photograph. This edition is another approach to the reality that we all face in sports spaces.
