Minimal noise reduction. I find it very hard to believe the 27dB. Extremely annoying for those who sleep on their side. Personally, I couldn't stand them for more than an hour. I have searched for every earplug available that is suitable for side sleepers. To save you the trouble, look for the Moldex 7800. Only these both fully isolate noise and do not cause ear pain.

I bought them for my father and he told me that his ears hurt while sleeping, I didn't wear them because I'm very satisfied with the "loop quiet 2" which for some reason are not on Skroutz and I had bought them from Amazon

First time I use earplug. The first night was strange, then I used to it. So we can sleep with my husband together again. :-D

The product indeed reduces noise levels enough for me to be able to sleep with someone who snores loudly. It is easy to put on but after 4-5 hours I feel discomfort in my ears and need to remove them for about an hour, then I put them back on.

I personally did not have the best experience. They offer adequate sound insulation, but that's about it. They are very difficult to insert into the ear, and if they don't fit well even a little, then you have zero sound insulation. But the worst part is in the morning when I wake up, the spot where they fit hurts a lot. They are not soft and are not at all ideal for side sleeping, especially without a pillow. I will prefer the silicone ones, even though they cost more in the long run

Very good, convenient and comfortable. You wear them and forget the annoying noises at night, without worrying that you won't hear the alarm clock in the morning.

I upgraded from wax ones which I used to wear while sleeping, to these. I am impressed, they fit perfectly in my ears, they are extremely comfortable! I wonder about all those who made negative comments, at first before the purchase I had doubts, but fortunately I bought them and I am extremely satisfied!

At first I thought I had bought the wrong size because they seemed big to me, but in the end I hadn't realized how to put them in the ear correctly so that they don't come out. I have another pair from a different company and double the price of the Alpine and I can say that they are almost equal. During sleep they sometimes come out, but not very often. The case is very practical and they are very easy to clean.

Not worth the price. Mediocre sound isolation and mediocre comfort. I prefer to use my regular music earphones that don't intrude so far in my ear and isolate the sound better, as odd as that may seem. This product is decent at best. Kind of a sticky feel/texture that holds onto dust

It isolates sound quite well, I would say.
A characteristic example is the first day I tried them; there was a lot of wind. I didn't hear the tents flapping at all; otherwise, I would have heard everything.
They fit relatively easily in the ear; it didn't click 100% for me, but maybe I'm not putting it in correctly either.
Definitely better than the others with foam and silicone that I have tried

Excellent purchase, I bought them because of noise from neighbors. They have lasted 2 years (I don't wear them daily of course). Satisfactory noise reduction, I recommend them as they don't bother my ears.

They fit perfect in the ears and if you sleep on your belly it won’t hurt nor irritate you. They don’t fall out at night, and it blocks the noise enough to stay asleep. Material is not the best quality since after 100 uses you need to replace them. I think that’s why they are soft. Tried some earplugs for sleeping and so far this are the best ones….

They cut enough for sleep and the material seems of very good quality. However, if you sleep on your side, you may have slight pain in the ear due to the pressure that may be exerted by the earplug. If it could come to the level of the ear, I would give it 4 stars, and if it were more affordable like 10 euros, I would give it 5 stars.

As others have stated, they offer mediocre sound insulation. Besides that, I wouldn't describe them as comfortable. It is true that they are designed for sleeping and snoring, but the material simply isn't soft and you feel it strongly. I would only recommend them if you live in a central area and simply cannot sleep otherwise.

I just got them and unfortunately I regret it! It's a mockery! They don't fit well in the ear, they come out, they are not stable at all and ineffective. I'm crying my money! I do not recommend them under any circumstances! Be careful not to make the same mistake! The other ones I have, the 3M ones for 0.60 cents, are very good and 1000 times better than this failure!

Very bad, they are not worth their money for any reason, and they are not like in the photos but they feel like they have been through a meat grinder for no reason instead of being round and smooth, resulting in your ears hurting

Personally, I have been very satisfied. Other earplugs I have used either did not offer good sound insulation or would fall out of my ear. These ones, if properly placed according to the instructions, provide satisfactory sound insulation. I don't think it's possible to not hear anything at all. These ones are great and worth their money. They have impressed me.

Comments like "I lost the earplug in my ear" really must mean your ear is huge, there is no other explanation
