The TFA analogue cooking thermometer measures the temperature inside the cooking chamber, allowing you to monitor indirect cooking with the lid closed. The colour-coded ranges indicate temperatures for smoking and grilling.

Made of stainless steel, it can be used as a replacement part or to retrofit a grill, smoker, smoking oven or barbecue. A hole approximately 10 mm in diameter is required for installation. Insert the thermometer into the hole and secure it from the inside using the included nut and bolt.
