The response I received from the store where I bought it was: "Breakage is not covered by the product warranty and concerns wear from improper use."
So from the above response I received, it means that the company ANKOR does not provide a warranty for the things it sells.
If I had known we were talking about an almost single-use item, I wouldn't have bothered to buy it and would have chosen another brand (e.g. ESTIA, GTSA, or NAVA)
