    ABEC is a scale used to classify the manufacturing precision of bearings. In rollers, grades such as ABEC-3, ABEC-5, ABEC-7, and ABEC-9 are commonly found.

    In general, as the ABEC grade increases, the manufacturing precision of the bearing also increases. However, speed and smoothness of rolling do not depend only on ABEC, but also on the quality of the bearings, the wheels, the frame, and the overall construction of the roller.

    For everyday use and beginners, ABEC-3 and ABEC-5 are common choices, while higher grades are often used in models aimed at more demanding users.
