• Place the end of the Y-shaped item under the heel and twist it towards the injured side. Put on the Standard ankle support. It is recommended to wear it over a sock.
• Grab the two free ends of the Y-shaped item. Wrap around the ankle, tighten the straps, and secure them in place together.
• Put the linking strap, with your foot at the top of the linking seam.
• Cross the straps in front, wrap them around the ankle, tighten them, and secure them in place.

Washing Instructions:

Before washing, stick the Velcro items on top of each other. Remove the two inserts before washing. The product should be hand washed at 30°C. Do not use bleach! Gently drying without twisting the product hard will increase its lifespan. It is recommended that the product dries at room temperature without direct heat source. Do not tumble dry!
